Add this to the other self-inflicted disasters of Seattle politics, such as WTO, Millenium bomber scare, Alaskan Way Viaduct boondoggle, Strippergate, the Sonics mess, etc. This is Greg Nickels doing, and this is the result of all that green political posturing.
