And there is still a second thing: This "cheap price of oil" the time it was or is still cheap again is not the full price if US must send troops to get it home. Who is paying the troops and is paying for people had to die? The oil companies? No, of course not. So the wind power plants and thermal solar power plants don't need such costs to bring energy home, they are standing at home already.
Correct too: "..creating opportunities for hundreds of new companies. Thousands of new jobs. Billions in much needed investment."
Let's fight for new energies, but stop stupid wars!
