Californian green energy proposal has weak support

enn.com — A proposal that would require half of California's energy to be renewable by 2025 has garnered only small support. Private polls have showed that about 85% of the people were not even aware of the proposal and half of the remaining people were opposed to it. How do we expect to make a difference in the environment if we vote against it?
