Biodiesel company pulls out of Sanger, California
fresnobee.com — Valley Biodiesel formerly Silicon Valley Biodiesel has decided to stop building its 1.2 million gallon plant in Sanger, California near Fresno. Escalating construction costs are cited as the reason. Delays in construction and increases in feedstock costs have put new biodiesel plants in jeapordy, most do not have enough oil to be near capacity.
