The Best Paper Airplane In The World (how to make video) watch!
video.google.com — How to make the best paper airplane in the world: "It glided like no paper airplane I have ever seen before, it was acting like a REAL airplane. It gently curved into the slight breeze and began to rise vertically without moving forward. The craft then began to lower as if it were a helicopter and gently came to rest on the asphalt below."

- Royal0rleans, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8This makes digg every couple of months, just let it go. Plenty of people haven't seen it.
- wesball, on 10/12/2007, -5/+6I'm one of them Royal0rleans.
I've never seen this before, and I visit Digg a couple a times a day.
I wish people would realize that dupes aren't bad. - MrViklund, on 10/12/2007, -7/+5@wesball
Dupes are bad. - slasherx, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Brings back memories from 10+ years ago!
- Aliarse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I was making these when i was 8/9 years old, using the same exact method. Im now 21.
Thats how old this is. - Lagomorpho, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Moistening creases is for pansies.
Unless paper airplanes are not involved. - joeydoo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@gconeen
Digg stories aren't looked at once they are over 48 hours old, unless they are on the first two pages of the top stories list.
Stating dupe on such things makes you look like a retard.
- Evoguy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+24Arms could use more hair.
- RobotKing, on 10/12/2007, -7/+4Those were some ugly hands and arms.

Reminds me when i was a child, running to my grandmothers arms... - Ramtech, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Reminds me when i was a child and my grandmothers arms...
- MrViklund, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2It truly reminds you... :)
- RobotKing, on 10/12/2007, -7/+4Those were some ugly hands and arms.
- tafkase7en, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28Umm..we didn't even see it fly...
- deanlowe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Because it would mean showing how much it sucks.
I used to make them in high school and it doesn't fly well at all. It's by far NOT the "best paper airplane in the world". - DoubleMike, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1deanlowe is right. I can build a paper airplane that will fly perfectly straight and level for 30 yards (providing there is no wind or obstacles) before it hits the floor. I'd rather have that than this one that lands "like a helicopter" (a.k.a. falls like a rock).
- ElBruelsio, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@deanlowe
You're right, its not the best in the world. The best in the world starts out the same way ,however, and is a design I've known for years. I thought that's what this guy was making until he began folding the plan in half. My version is a trick plane that will do a loop when thrown with some force then glide to a soft landing.
- deanlowe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Because it would mean showing how much it sucks.
- AeonTorpor, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12That was a relaxing video.
- diggadong, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I agree... It *was* boring.
- GoatBnnn, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6I used to make this one as a kid...it totally is the best paper airplane. Always went farther than anyone elses.
- WildTang3nt, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2Ya, but it also took about 3-4 times as long to make. Digg me down, please.
- giangsing7, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10... wtf 5 minutes and he didn't even throw it?
- Four20, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3soooo, where's the video of it being flown?
- Nocturnal, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I make a variant of that... not quite as complex but the first few steps is what mine is based off of. I learned how to make it while in elementary school. I have long since passed it down to my son.
- mikeTOOtall, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1yeah that looks like a new twist on an old favorite. i'm going to have to go show my nephew how to make this the next time i see him
- Azap, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Is it just me or is it a pain in the ass to be that ocd about a paper airplane, its amazing how perfect his folds are
- MrViklund, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2There is no "Best". It's a question of definition and purpose. A paper plane won't make the exact same flight two times.
- DoubleMike, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1mine will, if you fly it indoors
- phizz, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3seriously, how many times are we going to see "The BEST x in the WORLD!!! EVAR!!" stories hitting the frontpage? try turning on the creative side of your brain for once and come up with something a little more original.
- illegalamigo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6So you linked to a site that showed how to build the "perfect" paper airplane for five minutes and we don't even get to see it fly?
Weak. - m3mn0n, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Buried. Lame & duplicate.
- pjleonhardt, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2oh noes! Which one did you choose to classify it under though?!
- Aliarse, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Comment buried, lame and duplicate.
- UrlorJkron, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1inaccurate?
- greyjay123, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0really enjoyed watching this one Took me right back to my childhood . I can
assure you this plane does fly - Kev585, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Mine looked nothing like theirs
- Chipsandsnacks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Best in the world? that's a bold statement
- sand2000, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is the "how to steal fingerprints" version of the paper airplane
- solidd33, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Notice there is no ring on his hand.
- crazybrit, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That's pretty cool. I always just fold two corners into the center, then repeat that with the same corners, and then fold the nose down, fold it in hald, and fold the wings. It's simple and it works, so meh.
- Dirkfett, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Video would have been better if it would have had a demonstration.
- wangjiaji, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1US people don't know how to do this ? That should be a news.
