  It could just be the horrific dust, vibrations, and wind caused by the helo flight too... who knows.

  - the video was being recorded on a mini analogue or digital video tape recorder, and the soldier moving around a lot caused the tape heads to move out of alignment, causing the lines to move up and down the screen as the tape travelling along the recording heads gradually realigned and then got knocked out of sync again. Or…
  
  - the video was being sent by a microwave transmitter the effectiveness of which depends on the antenna being pointed in the vague direction of the receiver, most likely installed on one of the transport helicopters, or one that was orbiting above while providing air cover, anything such as thick areas of concrete or large metal structures inside the building would cause the signal to break up, why it would cause the lines to move up and down I cant explain, but the lines are clearly interference of some kind and not something that’s been added later.

Don't make the internet-legacy of this conflict be a terabyte of stutter-metal filled cheesy homemade recruitment videos of 20-year olds with heavy machineguns, kicking kidnappers in the face.

Read up before posting nonsense please. Delta are normally army but are actually elite enough to be drawn in skill from all branches and are well known to not be from any branch and unable to speak of what they do even to family. If anything... they are comperable to CIA agents who fight.

While Delta, or Combat Applications Group, does recruit from other military branches, it is an Army unit.

MANY of them are not so mindless, but training is about obedience without question... make no mistake about that. Regardless of what any of them think... they obey the will of a NATION! That or they will be shot or imprisoned in war time. This is military law! A law that the government you uphold has defined. Laws that you have defined or ignored by ignorance (which is your own fault) or by lack of concern to change them.

Towards the end, the Special Forces (Army) become (Navy) Seals and at one point are referred to as the Delta Force. A bit confusing as these are THREE separate arms of the US military. Perhaps this was a joint effort...?

The way these things get packaged up and rubbed in our faces by the party line pep squad, I don't think I'd be surprised if the Polish guy got on t.v. a few months from now to refute the whole "rescue" angle. I'm not saying that's actually going to happen, but after Jessica your guys' credibility with this kind of thing is pretty much spent.

  If I remember corrctly one or two of the soldiers were shot, not killed, but hurt pretty bad.
  And one of the hostage takers got away.
