buzz.yovia.com — If you are new to social media, it can feel like learning to swim by getting pushed in the deep-end without your floatie ’s. You feel like you drowning in the massive sea called Social Media that is engulfing your being. You think to yourself; how could I possibly ever tackle something this large and win … its just too big?

Because every social media site has little tweaks and difference in them that make the appealing, there’s always more than one. So when you make one friend it almost always leads into the conversation about what the other party’s Myspace/facebook/etc is. Your base for friends has no cap on it and it’s very difficult to try to be the ‘king’ or ‘queen’ of twenty different sites at once. Great stuff and really great point.
