- FuryOfThor, on 06/26/2008, -0/+36Good, but I'm still a fan of the sitting-in-a-rocking-chair-on-the-porch-holding-a-shotgun method of scaring hooligans.
- SlamShut, on 06/26/2008, -5/+25Word to the wise-- using your lawn sprinkler to piss off neighborhood kids is a good way to get your house vandalized. If the local teens want to use your lawn for part of a ballgame, it's best to just let it happen.
- squishee, on 06/26/2008, -1/+18I bet your place is also known as the Frisbee graveyard.
- elmontsmilitia, on 06/27/2008, -2/+13I like how she stood there for 10 mins
- schmitey, on 06/27/2008, -1/+12The collision with the sign at the end made it totally worth it!
- thebaron2, on 06/27/2008, -0/+11Are you kidding? Dugg for the drunk guy slamming into that pole at the end!
- kleash, on 06/27/2008, -2/+12Dugg because of the screaming lady
- HumbleDialog, on 06/27/2008, -0/+10You kids get off my lawn! Now, back to my Columbo...
- allowners, on 06/27/2008, -0/+9I like my system better, the motion activated sprinkler scarecrow, because it does not require constant attention and it get's them every time. I originally got it to scare off deer that would eat my plants, but quickly found it works equally well on two-legged trespassers. Before I got it properly aimed and adjusted, I had people trained to cross the street when they reached my house. :-) It's also relatively cheap, can be had for about $60 on discount. They work great on solicitors also!
- djAnakin, on 06/27/2008, -0/+9Dugg for the video of the girl screaming like she was getting murdered. Just a tad ridiculous!
- adam07, on 06/27/2008, -4/+13The guy who wrote it seemed like kind of an ***** who cares about his lawn too much. The videos are funny, though.
- flooz, on 06/27/2008, -1/+9One step further: motion sensors.
- snappleman, on 06/27/2008, -3/+10I like how cannabis affects one's perception of time
- Cytranic, on 06/27/2008, -8/+13This story is ***** stupid. And that screaming chick is ***** stupid.
- ericrodriguez, on 06/26/2008, -3/+7This is absolutely Hilarious!
- ldkronos, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3Oh. I thought this was going to be about something else. When I was young, one of my friends got "revenge with a sprinkler". He picked up the running sprinkler and stuck it in the open window of the guy's car.

- buryyourhead, on 06/27/2008, -1/+4...yeah that's...funny...great story...
- haikuFU, on 06/27/2008, -1/+4The article implies that if you currently have a system, you will need to rip it out to get one with a remote. Not true. You can buy a cheap Orbit controller at most home improvement stores that replaces your existing one, and it will have remote capability.
Additionally, if you pay someone to install your system, it's expensive. Mine would have cost about $3500 to have it professionally installed. Instead, I ordered all Hunter (the holy grail of sprinklers) gear off the net and did the whole thing for $450. If you install one, don't buy any of the crap at home improvement stores. Buy some Hunter gear online. It costs the same as buying the parts at the big-box stores, and it's WAY better quality. This is the stuff they use on golf courses. - Superrob750, on 06/27/2008, -2/+4I am buying a house in a couple of weeks. I cant wait to try this out.
- jimiator, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2I bet the neighbors avoid this guy anyways.
- drexl, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1My lawn. Not yours. Get off.
- ShadowFoxxx, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Funny! Nothing like getting those neighborhood kids a "super soaking". :D
- snappleman, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1that sounded wrong...
- chiefbandit2200, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2that was the point...
- edelay, on 06/27/2008, -2/+3.... or how to get shiv'ed in your driveway by your angry neighbours.
- Rapter09, on 06/28/2008, -0/+1Wow, what are we turning into? Actually, we're probably not turning into anything, but this guy is *bitter* and he needs help. If you live in a neighborhood and you spray kids for walking on your lawn, or using it as the end zone for a flag football game... wow. I would kick you out of the neighborhood for that. You're apart of the community. Be apart of it, or ***** off.
I'm almost 22 years old. I can still walk down to Westmoreland Rd. and up and down the lawns of my two old neighbors. Why? Because we were neighbors, even though I haven't lived there for 15 years, they aren't completely isolated jackasses like this guy. The couple in the house below us used to watch out for me when I was playing outside when I was young kid. They had a shallow hole on their property that I used to play in all the time, and I used to love exploring the trees and stuff around the back of their house. Heck, I'd go in for ice cream and juice sometimes. And then sometimes they'd get me in a lot of trouble because I always really wanted to walk down to the store on my own when I was young, and they'd see me walking down the road and call my mom (jerks.....). Same with the neighbors that were on the hill above us: Before his wife died of cancer and he moved, I used to do the same to them too. My best friend lived on the other side of his house, so I would walk over his excellently-maintained and actually-very-large lawn multiple times a day. We used to roll down the hill behind his house. Those people were neighbors; not some jackass that sprays your kids for being around their precious little blades of perfectly planted green grass.
Okay wow that a rant. - tehroflmaoer, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2gotta love that domain
- DavidGX, on 06/27/2008, -2/+3That's when it's time to bust out the firearm.
- lotu, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1I have a personal fondness for automated sentry guns
- m0n0kr0m3, on 06/27/2008, -2/+3a lawn that looks like a putting green or fairway is overrated. People should do other things with their time
- Antaries, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Why the screaming? You can see that she is already wet before the sprinkler turns on. I know it was just to show how it is supposed to work. I just don't see the reason for the screaming.
- CVL4317, on 06/27/2008, -2/+3can't sue the parents?
- TheMonitor, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Is this considered a weapon of mass hydration?
- diemunkiesdie, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2Dugg for the screaming tranny and the stumbling drunk!
(Seriously, who else thought that was a dude in a dress?) - AnarchoGoth, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2Matlock!
- spookyttws, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2Finally, I hate sprinklers. Now let me read on how to get sweet, sweet revenge.
- coyoteusa, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0Very funny...
http://accesssprinkler.info - Goombellaofgoom, on 06/27/2008, -1/+1I think you mean "The reflections are all wrong."
http://xkcd.com/331/ - spyder91, on 06/27/2008, -6/+6Don't sprinkle me bro'!
- silveravnt, on 06/27/2008, -1/+1Mind your own business. I'll do what I want with my time.
- bipolarruledout, on 06/28/2008, -0/+0How much of a douchebag do you have to be? ***** lawns... get over it people. Your lawn is not an extention of your self worth. By the time all your neighbors hate you the damn lawn will be the least of your concern.
- silentforest, on 06/27/2008, -1/+1"Replace" your grass with cactus or prickly weeds and you'll conserve water, time and energy. Let's see the neighborhood drunk sleep on that!
- korenewmedia, on 06/27/2008, -0/+0You apparently don't own your own property.
- coyoteusa, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0Very funny...
http://accesssprinkler.info - coyoteusa, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0Very funny...my favorite too!
http://accesssprinkler.info - rochskier, on 06/27/2008, -2/+1As a runner there are many hot days when I'd definitely be more refreshed than annoyed getting dowsed by someone's lawn sprinkler. Not the most effective revenge method IMHO.
- TyrannousDotNet, on 06/27/2008, -2/+1hahahaha
- internetass, on 06/27/2008, -5/+3staged video, not very funny
