A Pyrrhic victory for student speech?
splc.org — If you don't follow high school free-expression law closely, this might look like a silly case. A high school student in Illinois wins the right (temporarily) to oppose gay rights by wearing a T-shirt that says "Be Happy, Not Gay." But Judge Posner's opinion suggests if he gets his way, students might end up with much more limited rights.
