- thulananda, on 08/17/2008, -0/+0Dear Tom, I am very grateful for all the work you are doing. Just read your email on Peace of God about the comparing of versions. Very recently I tried to read Chapter 4 of the Wapnick version, and since then I have transcribed quite a lot of of the early chapters. I did not experience peace on reading it. The sentence I found was:
Chapter 4, section 3
FIP: 4.III.1.8 It has not ceased to create because of the ego's illusions
Urtext: It has not ceased to create because your ego has set you on the road of perception.
And how diffuse meaning has become!
I am so passionate about this because I need a clean text, as close as possible to the original thoughts as they were projected into Helen's mind by the Spirit the instant she wrote it down (or dictated directly to Bill). And bless her always for doing this. Scribal errors need to be corrected still.
