Last year a friend of mine was detained in Dubai for having Jet Lag pills, Cat Le-Huy [ http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/7276175.stm ], and among the many people that helped free him you were somewhat instrumental. We were all especially appreciative when you sent one of your own Virgin planes to give him a ride back when he was freed.

First of all I wanted to thank you. Second of all I wondered how often you have had the opportunity to help others wrongly detained or abused in Dubai or other countries, and if you see this as a way that Virgin, or yourself, can help others who can't help themselves because of a lack of personal power.
