People have figured out that comments have weight on the algorithm, so they're post a terrible comment just to help their friend. Me, I'd rather no comment then crap comment, front page or not.

Interesting comments are ones that would tell me WHY you like or dislike a particular story so much. I want some insight. Those comments up there at the top are pretty lame.
