I think the first (*) tells it's own story.

The first paragraph of the article clearly states FREE and not just one lucky winner, but then it goes on to say you must leave a comment and a winner will be randomly chosen... that doesn't sound like free. So I'm tagging it as inaccurate, rather than spam.
