Personally, I don't care if people have figured out that if you have a ton of friends you're submissions are more likely to hit front page. If you do, I suggest you jump on the bandwagon and start befriending people instead of whining.

I bet there is a relationship between the number of times a story has been dugg before it hits the home page and how many friends the user has on digg. For example, Msaleem has 175+ friends. The article had 137 diggs when it hit the front page. So perhaps power users can get about 80% of their digg friends to digg up their story. What does everyone think?
