- aldomatic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Google Analytics is by far the best one, in my opinion.
- VaporBro, on 10/26/2007, -0/+1Correct link for Google is http://www.google.com/analytics/. The story has it wrong.
- audiooeric, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree that Google is great. However, they state on the site that you can't see what keywords are coming from a specific search engine. However, you can click on All Reports > Search Engine Marketing > Overall Keyword Conversion, then find the keyword that you want to know where it came from and click the plus next to it. Or, click on CPC vs Organic Conversion and it will show you what percentage came from each search engine. If this isn't what the site is referring to, I'm not sure what they're looking for.
I have a wordpress blog, and I use Google Analytics with Ultimate Google Analytics Plug In that automatically adds the code from GA to your site, as well as it can be set up to not track your user name. So, it doesn't matter what your IP is, as long as you are logged in, it won't count your clicks.

I'm also using FireStats because I enjoy the inclusiveness of it being all in a plug in. I also like the option to add the commentor's country's flag to their comment. It makes it nice to know automatically what country someone is posting from so that you might be able to better understand. Not that I've had a million comments, but it's a nice to have and doesn't slow the page down..
So, those are my two fav's. Thanks for Digging this link, it was very informative..
