Care to back that up? Or did you just get an imac for christmas? - wild, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18"And yet the Digg count keep increasing. WTF?"
Haven't you guys learned yet that a lot of us use digg as bookmarks while at work and then come back to them later, thereby not knowing if a site is down or not before we digg? - UGM2099, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13Poor Veerle! She gets alot of daily traffic but Digg killed her site. She's one of my favorite web designers.
- nostrich, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12The professional designer has spoken.
This Digg has been duly marked as lame. Thank God jonathanob2000 was here or I might have clicked it. - blasphemer, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9As a professional designer... having a B.F.A. in graphic design and currently a designer for an advertising firm... I find this link very useful, for my self, other designers, and even people who just dabble in graphic programs. And I've found a lot of useful tutorials here... so i say to Johnathono.. keep an open mind.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Doing some bad graphics for your worthless website != professional designer
- GoblinCock, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Because Veerle is awesome!
- thatsmyaibo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8And currently at 49 diggs...weaksauce
- cyberwiz01, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Bookmarking for later.
- venicerocco, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Yeah nice... Now export your vectors to After Effects and make 'em grow.
- tehnico, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Don't forget the last one. You can undigg what you don't like.
- objectnull, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6No... but you get an "A" for effort.
- Zal91, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Site is down.
- babyjami, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4do you have any you would recommend instead?
- mikeazorin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Swirly curls? I much prefer curly swirls!
- oddmanout, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3as a professional designer who dabbles in photography, i can say i've found this and many tutorials on digg very useful. I plan to at least try this one. Also, there were some previous photography tutorials about taking pictures of fireworks, and another about taking pictures of xmas lights... i found them to be very useful. I think..... if you don't find it usefull... vote it down. if enough people don't find it useful, it gets buried, if not... well you're just outnumbered.
- DrinkPaint, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Because I can

- poseitom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Whaat?? No serious, Xara Xtreme doesn't even comes near Illustrator !!

- jacobpellegren, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Leave it to Veerle,
- BonhamsGhost, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I admire anyone willing to make a tutorial and help other artists, but swirls belong in the first paragraph of the first chapter of "Trendy Overused Vector Graphics"
Chapter 2: "Livetrace Photos" - triforcer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1and i've been doing all my swirls by hand up until now. finally a decent tutorial that isn't a step by step guide to using filters.
- hobbbz, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0His comment though poorly worded, is valid. There are good tutorials out there I've come across but I hardly ever get any value out of the ones that get linked here. Granted, I know this isn't a news/links site for designers.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1Nothing caught it :(
Hmm I got though now. - DrewBlood, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2And yet the Digg count keep increasing. WTF?
- igotnotime, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0We are killing the site! After 20 minutes of load time I thought 'well it's kinda cool' but normally I would have spent about 20 seconds at the site. Took so long to load I actually read the text this time.
- kavaliro, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2Xara Xtreme is so much better than Illustrator that it's a crime to put Illustrator in a spotlight. Plus, the site is down.
- dclowd9901, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2Yeah, it is abuse. nyud never freaking works.
- Petronski, on 10/12/2007, -11/+6In Soviet Russia, swirlies curl you!
[Petronski ducks, runs away...] - meshgiath, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1http://www.duggmirror.com ???
- RyanDaRin, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1Why do people keep digging this?
- zeejay, on 10/12/2007, -12/+5Dugg down for being freaking obvious to anyone who's used Illustrator for more than a day. Up next: how to draw an oval.
