- groverallnight, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2What a horrible, horrible article. It's like 300 words long and all of the projects are pathetic/poorly explained.
- argonlightray, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i digg it mostly for the 60ft walkway to nowhere. cool idea.
- bigboy101011, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1What about Humanupgrades.com that should be the ultimate upgrade
- Moocat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is like the 4th site today to just asplode under the pressure of hitting the front page of digg. I apparently need to do more spying.
- 1337codemonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Super Geek Upgrades would be to super cool house for all tech gear, not make it into a seperate place.
- djhifisi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is cool. +Digg. I love the walkway, I need one of those.
- franc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Bulletproof glass might stop objects from flying through your house but you still have to replace it when it cracks for aesthetic reasons.
- faentur, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The"bulletproof" glass article was a nice idea. All through the article (short as it was) one thought kept coming to mind. Whats next, sharks with "frickin" laser-beams?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0too short :(
- dragonflight, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0lol @ faentur
Well, I also was intrigued by the bulletproof window one...but I wonder if they reinforced the rest of their house and made it watertight, because bulletproof windows aren't too useful if the rest of the house is torn apart.
Not to mention the fact more pictures/details would have been nice. - donsmith, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Gotta agree with 'groverallnight'. Cool stuff, but almost no explaination or photos.
- lukeo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0its not supposed to be a guide to doing these upgrades, it is more of a "check out what these supergeeks were geeky enough to do"... though i agree it still seems very short and incomplete. still interesting though. dugg.
- lightningrod220, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It's pretty cool, even if only for the pics. I especially like the one of the "silent movie studio" - all of that technology in one room made me drool.
- G-RaZoR, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0All of these are almost pointless unless your rich, and if you were rich you hire someone else to do that.
- halophoenix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Man-the online article sucks compared to the one in the actual magazine. Still, it's pretty awesome.
- Keir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Being in the UK, I lack most of the things needed to complete those tasks, but they make an interesting read...
- FoxHunter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree with the rest of you guys. Article was much too short, and not near enough photos. Although I did love that walkway. Something I would love to do if I actually owned a home and had some extra cash.
- ezweave, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah... no digg.
I'm not wealthy enough to do any of this, and the article is pretty vague. Even the pictures don't really tell you much. - firebird2110, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Agree with dragonflight. I looked at the photo of that house and the roof on it doesn't look extra storm-proof. Just a few of those tiles come off and it's bye bye roof, bye bye house.
- HPSauce, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Too short. Though, tis albertpacino..... DIGG
- Nerfdude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this isn't even an article. it's just a blurb explaining what i'd assume is in the magazine. no digg
- Zonkzor, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1I like the idea of the article, but the ideas are extremely random. Feels like there is some part of the article that is missing.
