- chmeee, on 10/10/2007, -1/+96There need to be more Escher Lego sculptures.
- turquoisefish, on 10/10/2007, -23/+87I'll get dugg down but the title should be: M.C. Escher's "Relativity" in Lego [amazing pic]
not legos - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+33I wasn't going to bother, until I read "amazing" pic. I mean, who would care if it was just a "pic"?
- rediculous, on 10/10/2007, -2/+24How it was done:

- merreborn, on 10/15/2007, -0/+17Pretty sure you're talking about "Bob's quick guide to the apostrophe, you idiots"
http://www.angryflower.com/aposter.html
That's an apostrophe, not a comma. - oboredone, on 10/10/2007, -1/+18Dugg for Lego goodness.
Anyone else see the hate Bionicles as much as I do? - meatmcguffin, on 10/15/2007, -0/+16daisies :P

- Skod, on 10/10/2007, -1/+17Anybody Scandinavian who grew up with Lego will tell you that Lego is plural for Lego.

- Metareality, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11Oh no! You broke Crazy Stairs!
- ryanmeadows, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Here's a more detailed look at it, as well as some construction photos.
http://www.andrewlipson.com/escher/relativity.html - Dokument, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7they need to shoot that lego counterstrike video on that "set"
- Smog2k, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8http://digg.com/design/MC_Escher_in_Lego (201 days ago)
I love the Digg recycling system..... - nunquam, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5If you're gonna correct him at least do it right, It should actually be; M.C. Escher's "Relativity" in LEGO [amazing pic]
- plhearn, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Dugg down for using "lol" as a verb. Hell, just for using "lol".
- oboredone, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I ment to say "Anyone else here .."
Oh well .... - ogmandino, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5the original escher : http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/a3/Escher%27s_Relativity.jpg
- JoeDiggsIt, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I lol when I see pretentious and ***** in the same sentence.
- byrdgang, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Yes, of course it is physically impossible. I guess you could create a building like it in real life (but it must be extremely difficult to recreate), but you wouldn't actually be able to inhabit it unless your feet were glued to the floor. Otherwise, gravity would pull you down.
- badjoke, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Dugg for the sound effects.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Initial reaction was 'Wow that's cool'; on reflection though there's something deeply disturbing about it. Gives the impression of Lego-men in purgatory. Clearly though an amazing amount of effort has gone into constructing it.
- jhuebel, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Wow, what crawled up your vagina and died?
- theboozer, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"I started by writing some C code to model a gradually widening parabolic arch with random variations for the spray (hacked from the code I use for my mathematical Lego sculptures) and then gradually modified it by hand until I liked the look of the result." What the hell?
- greatkingrat85, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2M.C. Escher's "Relativity" in LEGO® [amazing pic]
- Nateon, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I'd like to see you make something remotely as cool you pretentious *****.
- ehberg, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2this puts my meager lego skills to shame. i should have brought my legos to college.
- NeoTechni, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Because it's wrong.
- deviouskoopa, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I think the waterfall rendition is amazing, easily the best of them all...
- angusware, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1no, It's been bastardised in the states. LEGO is the plural, a single piece of LEGO is not a LEGO, it's a piece of LEGO
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1yes.. i seem to recall this story:
http://digg.com/design/MC_Escher_in_Lego
oh wait.... that's because I submitted it 201 days ago ! - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Dug because M.C. Escher is my all time favorite artist.
- Cenobite, on 10/10/2007, -2/+3Two of my all-time favourite things in one picture: Escher and Lego. ***** dugg!
- ImAtHome, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Haha. That exact pic used to be my desktop background 3 years ago.
- mattdanis, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1http://duggmirror.com/design/M_C_Escher_s_Relativity_in_Legos_amazing_pic/lego.jpg
- watchdis, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2i'm wid'ya was wondering if anyone elses gets irritated by that. does my head in. why's it so difficult? sheep? fish? come on....
- Nateon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I thank George Carlin for that.
- NeoTechni, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2I dunno, I dont wanna pay for a dimension I'm not going to use
- mavroprovato, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I, for one, love when optical illusions f*cks with my mind like this
- gamche, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yeah they just aren't really Lego. I mean I remember Lego being cool because no item was custom made I mean think about all those models. Bionicles aren't truly Legos in my humble opinion.
- anoriega, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It's called CRAZY STAIRS.
- actorboy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Then there's the whoe question of "amazing". Cool? Yes. Am I amazed? No.
