- Subcide, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13It would probably look something like this:

and yes, the notion is nonsensical. - Wolfbeta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I'm hesitant to submit anything of mine. They require you to upload a high-res version. This wouldn't be a problem if they resized it and kept the high-res privately.
- robinsloan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Extending this comparison: What would a Digg magazine look like? (Or is the very notion nonsensical?)
- yorkie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I totally agree, Wolfbeta .. they cite the reason for high res is for publication only, so why not just store the original and resize for web publication? I'm still tempted, but although I'd reduce my image resolution, I'd still have to meet the 2000px minimum width requirements.
- lavawalker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Nice redesign from the previous site.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hey Wolfbeta and Yorkle -- The high res image is kept private! Sorry if that wasn't clear. The largest size we show is around 800px wide.
- seemsArtless, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've bought a couple of the magazines and was really impressed with the quality--of the photos, but also of the printing.
- aheram, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I think it is that group from Flickr of the same name.
Yep. Thought so: http://www.flickr.com/groups/jpgmag/
This group was one of the most active on Flickr before they made their own website. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1fraying those are the ones I was refering to being small.
- Wolfbeta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yup, my mistake!
I got an e-mail earlier clearing that up.
Sorry about that. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Great Idea and great Name, but it comes down to the editor and popularity, i wish em luck, ill be checking it out.
- rfinn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This started as a group on Flickr, if memory serves... I've been buying the issues since the first one. It's pretty cool. :)
- Staticx17, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Some of the pictures on there are Sweet! Check it out! You could win 100$ for your submission and a free copy of the published magazine if you get selected.
