This guys amazing, but I don't really see how he's a "Graffiti" Artist.... Graffiti is the Permanent application of a medium to a surface. Since when is light a medium? It'll only become graffiti if he takes those pictures and makes them into stickers or posters (or whatever) and puts them on to something else.
