- TheWorkz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Seems like we are tutorial/link like this once a day. Someone should write a tutorial on how to write a tutorial and submit to digg.
- TheMJ, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Lol @ digg comments
You don't get it. Its a joke. It's making fun of "Web 2.0" with a horribly designed site.

If that's supposed to be Web 2.0, then I want no part of that. You might as well add a spinning globe.
None of the sites linked to looked decent at all. Pretty cheesy looking. Get some style. - lokendra1989, on 07/29/2008, -0/+0I like it it's too good

(web designer) - shockingbird, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1hahaha... that was great. The tag cloud was the best touch. Web 2.0 looks like like HTML 3.2.
- SeaOtter, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Well I liked it :-)
ajax notwithstanding, as Homer Simpson says, "it's funny because it's true!"
Nothing like a good parody of the overhype (and I'm as guilty as the next designer of creating these things!) - bash, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"Could it look anymore web2.0?"
rounded boxes? :P - StanrickKubley, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1It's funny.
shocking bird said, "Web 2.0 looks like like HTML 3.2," which is exactly what I've been thinking. - chrisgrande, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I just found this today via another blog... oh how true it is!
- legbend, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Is it dead already?
- MrHomeValueCom, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I LOVED THIS.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I think someone should develop an application to test to see if the site would hold up under a digg effect.
- nthitz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I think everyone here has misunderstood the point of the article. Anyone who took this seriously is missing something. This article is clearly meant as satire.

That color's so bad, I think I got cancer!
Now we just need PolSciDigg for all the Bush-bashers. - jlgosse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0down
- Jackolicious, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0ugly. period.
- kaber, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Last time i checked had heavy usage of AJAX
- weesee, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0WTF theres no graphics or anything? What is web 2.0? None
of those pages were anything just tesct about web 2.0 WTF is web 2.o can someone give me a link to a webpage that uses this "amazing" new kind of web code? Seriously ive never seen it only people talking about amazing hover bottons and such... but flash, html, php and other do that already what make web 2.0 so damn special so fare its just stuff that I can already do in FrontPage without any knowlege of coding. seriously someone post a link. dugg because im curious. - reversial, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Digg for the fact that none of you guys have a sense of humor.
- uplink, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Hahaha that's great! And some gaudy colors like bright blue, fuschia, and odd oranges, just for kicks. Spot on!
- Hoohoonick, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Nice. And I love all the comments here of people that don't get the joke :)
- rodball, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Cool, I got to see it get thrashed while I was reading it!
- ashtonium, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0absolutely horrible "web 2.0" design
reported as Lame. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0How fitting.
Web 2.0 tutorial, yet you can't get to the page from the link because the server can't handle it.
Oh, the irony. - _jinx_, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0WOW Web2.0, so fast the page doesn't even load! .... pfft. Dude first off I hate the term, second if Web 2.0 was officially out this would not even be part of it, because web 2.0 would actually give me the page to look at with much much better up time. So yes, to me part of Web 2.0 also depends on Hardware, Bandwidth and things outside of the site itself.
- visability, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Web 2.0 Buzzword RSS Feeds using Bittorrent to upload your pictures to your photo-blog on the Blogosphere, using AJAX and Ruby-on-Rails.
- FBJangles, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2wheres the ajax?!
- aa318, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0link seems to be inaccessible. definitely web 2.0 is dependent on good layout, or for that matter simple things like color selections.
This copycat site of Digg for financial news and stock markets
http://www.stockdigg.com
can sure use some help in polishing up its colors. - Cybermagellan01, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Kinda like this other digg site
http://dotnetkicks.com - theredfist, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Apparently web 2.0 actually means "I'm a lazy designer who can't come up with anything creative on my own"
- vagrantradio, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0That is one ugly web 2.0 page.
- cprior, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Ahm, that article is ironic, isn't it? Or at least a parody...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0buzzword overkill.
- en3r0, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3I don't think it can really be web 2.0 with out ajax...
