I have 2 dogs & I was buying a large bag of Pal at Big W and standing inline at the check out.
A woman behind me asked if I had a dog.
On impulse, I told her that no, I was starting The Pal Diet again although I probably shouldn't because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IV's in both arms.
I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Pal nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry & that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again.
I have to mention here that practically everyone in the line was by now enthralled with my story, particularly a guy who was behind her.
Horrified, she asked if I'd ended up in the hospital in that condition because I had been poisoned. I told her no; it was because I'd been sitting in the street licking my balls and a car hit me.
I thought one guy was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard as he staggered out the door.
Stupid bitch...why else would I buy dog food?? - DrIce926, on 10/11/2007, -4/+168I think I'm going to play this trick on my roommate...he just got his screen back from when he punched it last week.
What a moron. - DocFunBags, on 10/11/2007, -3/+163No - he is definitely on the right site - he asked for a little bit of help and some smug ***** shot him down for it. Yep, this is definitely Digg.com
- unibomber999, on 10/11/2007, -16/+151Huh, I thought this site was for Ron Paul advertisements and iPhone updates.
- zenlunatic, on 10/11/2007, -8/+103Sweet, my brother just got a new laptop, today! How do you fullscreen it in XP? Nice find!
- arnar, on 10/11/2007, -9/+102So.. I'm a full-time programmer, have a degree in maths and have used computers since I was 12 (which is 16 years ago) - but I didn't know how to fullscreen stuff in XP. Guess I'm just not digg-worthy like you.
- badulescub, on 10/11/2007, -3/+92I have installed the "blue screen of death" screen-saver from Microsoft on a server at work... my boss nearly had a heart attack seeing it. I can only imagine this picture on my new laptop.. in full screen.
- KidVicious, on 10/11/2007, -5/+94Damnit, how did he get through registration without being able to pass the fullscreen picture test?!?!
- mattsonster, on 10/11/2007, -22/+106***** hell. it's down/ the site's probably running on iPhone or something)

- fnordy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+54I had the BSOD screensaver running on one of the Linux servers where I worked, and my boss came by, seeing the BSOD, and just rebooted the system!

- SUPAY76, on 10/11/2007, -0/+35rejoined. You have me laughing so hard that I had to go to the storage room cause I couldn't stop. thumbs up for you man. A clever way to say mind your own business.
- MikeOSX, on 10/11/2007, -4/+36I would do that, but my boss would probably fire me :(
- eshiki, on 10/11/2007, -10/+38Why do people still insist on using imageshack?
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+28Anyone have a cracked mirror?
- HellifIno, on 10/11/2007, -2/+29Because it works for a while? Ya know, until said image actually gets heavy traffic...
- TDot1980, on 10/11/2007, -0/+26That is from a Best-Of-Craigslist post I read a while back.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+25That's what she said.
- rauz, on 10/11/2007, -0/+25An LCD desktop pic and no 1280x1024 love?

- WillieThePimp, on 10/11/2007, -2/+26@MikeOSX, cgreentx
Why would you be fired for a screen saver, unless it is NSFW? The BSoD screen saver is authored and distributed by MS.
If your company doesn't want people installing custom screen savers, can't they just restrict permissions rather than firing employees? - ricepudd, on 10/11/2007, -3/+26... because those of us who have joined digg since two years ago love to just spend hours hunting around the archives on the off-chance that the digg search engine comes up with something interesting.
- statix, on 10/11/2007, -0/+21open the 1440x900 one, its the same aspect ratio as 1680x1050
- juicebag, on 10/11/2007, -7/+27No, blogspam is okay too.
- crushfan, on 10/11/2007, -3/+23LOL. But you cannot say that is not heart-warming.

From almost 2 years ago... - RpgActioN, on 10/11/2007, -2/+21OH WOW! THERE'S A NEW TRENDY SITE FOR IMAGE UPLOADS. THAT MEANS ALL OTHER SITES SUCK AND MUST BECOME THE OBJECT OF LAUGHTER, CORRECT?
Imagshack works fine. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+19I am more interested in the OP's avatar.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -0/+18I wish that's what she said.... :(
- M1THR4ND1R, on 10/11/2007, -2/+20The resolution choices are horrible
- mythandros, on 10/11/2007, -0/+16She screamed at you for 40 minutes because you played a practical joke on her? Wow, she'd better be the queen goddess of blowjobs.
- gutistg, on 10/11/2007, -0/+16Where I used to work, we would come in naked all the time... and have huge orgies in the lobby of the building.
And that's not even mentioning when my boss would turn on the PA system on the phones and play "***** America" at top volume. - andburn1, on 10/11/2007, -2/+18Dude, if that were really the case, he would be anything but a moron. A time-traveler, perhaps.
- ayeroxor, on 10/11/2007, -9/+24"why not?"

- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -4/+19What do you tell a laptop with a cracked screen?
Nothing. You already told it once.
