- blackcell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Seems cool! Running a search for Canon PowerShot A700 quickly displayed A700 and A710 camera reviews (what I was really after) and also displayed Flickr images and YouTube videos taken by the A700. Nice!
- Bob042, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5"1.Love what you do"?
I fail to see the significance. - zirtbow, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Direct link rather than the 9rules blog. http://9rules.com/search/ ... so far seems pretty nice.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It's nice enough but their index is kind of insigificant compared to the size of the internet.
You might as well just use technorati since all of 9rules content is indexed there anyway. - virtualmachine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Wow thanks for the link spam, I also found some cool stuff for my site http://www.google.com and I also found some good articles that I can add to it blah blah blah
- elroy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I searched for '*****' and all i got back was a bunch of lame online diary entries.
by the way, to make your own stupid web 2.0 business name, run the following shell command (in bash):
echo `echo "$RANDOM % 100" | bc``cat /usr/share/dict/words | head -`echo "$RANDOM % `wc -l /usr/share/dict/words | awk '{ print $1 }'`" | bc` | tail -1` - sbovisjb1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I guess the faster web 2.0 on how we search for information is an appreciate countermeasure to the pay-per-giga policy the ISPs are going to impliment in 2008
- smohan123, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It looks good, but I am content with Google enough that I don't even think of other search engines. I am glad Google is integrated into a lot of applications nowadays, too. Anyway, like I said, I'm not knocking this site at all, but... Google FTW.
- KenYN, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2@Bob042 - I suspect the answer MoneyShot is looking for is "1. You do not talk about Fight Club^W^W9rules."
- ttfadia, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Go 9rules!
- danboarder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Over the last few years I've moved away from search, and back to custom content (stored searches). I went from Google to Google News... then on to RSS readers...
now I find myself happy with the Sage add-on for Firefox (an RSS reader) and www.POPurls.com for all the other Web 2.0 stuff that comes out every day. - kungfustickman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow the search feature is parsing Flickr and Youtube with incredible speed. And here's me thinking that Flickr was an incredibly slow web app.
- xtr3m, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Cute...
*goes back to Google* - laughingcowpig, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0seriouslly I think this could be a good niche builder site. Giving you videos and pictures and related material all in one spot. This could prevent you from accidently going off track looking seperatly.
- MoneyShot, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3Well now there you go now submitting this to Digg. Doesn't anyone remember what the first rule of 9rules is?
- bjammin, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Actually it's much lamer than that ...
1. Love what you do. - laughingcowpig, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1wow that is awesome, I searched World of Warcraft Guide for my site http://www.marsgamer.com and it came up with some nice articles I could add to it, Need to check into it more but I bet that I could use this with some more niche sites.
What is Digg?
