- srg13, on 06/29/2009, -0/+1I agree - that's one of the reasons I like the Tango icon set far better than the Oxygen icons. Mac OS X has pretty highly detailed icons, but they seem to work a lot better at small sizes than Oxygen in my opinion.
- diggydougie, on 06/27/2009, -0/+1I did that once. Actually I used a photo as a basis by reducing it's resolution to icon level and hand painting the pixels to make it look clear.

I don't really have time to figure out which of the 47 best apps for creating animated gif does what I want.
