- DariusMonsef, on 10/11/2007, -1/+63So I realize some of these might be semi-NSFW

- SocialPoison, on 10/11/2007, -2/+20Would have been nice to see the NSFW in the summary... you know before I clicked the link
- deberdtjonathan, on 10/11/2007, -1/+17all right, I'm Belgian and just have found a link on an American portal site to a Russian site containing pictures of a Belgian photographer.
- Arbus, on 10/11/2007, -1/+15And what if he sneezes? Or snores?
Further investigation into the cocknose phenomenon is needed. - Hindu_Wardrobe, on 10/11/2007, -0/+14"I'm sure this is awesome, but I can't get it up..."
That's what he said - 80hd, on 10/11/2007, -1/+13You've still failed to negate the fact that Russian's are an odd bunch.
- webcure, on 10/11/2007, -6/+16These are brilliant!
Digg it! - badulescub, on 10/11/2007, -1/+8Excellent pictures, the dog writting sorry on the wall was a killer .. LOL
- DopeWeasel, on 10/11/2007, -1/+8Why, because of the nose... boy you are stuffy (pun intended).
- merreborn, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Google doesn't grab the images, so it's kinda pointless.
- ours, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Oh god, [OTHER CULTURE THEN MINE] are so weird...
I bet they think the same about yours and mine! It's all in the viewpoint. Besides, artists are by definition weird :-). - ccrook, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6Think it's coincidence he gave the Nazi looking guys American weapons? Look, they're holding what looks like a Colt 1911, and a matte-black Thompson.
- da_bradler, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7muhaha I have a bigger... nose then the first guy
- brewer, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7(S)He's Belgian.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -5/+10Awesome! Can't wait to see them!
(I've been waiting for the page to fully load for the past 10 minutes. And I'm on a cable modem.) - funnylookinhat, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6I'm sure this is awesome, but I can't get it up...
Next time could you put the photos on a real server instead of some random box in russia before linking? - manbear, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4yes I am sure my boss would appreciate me looking at 3d rendered penises on a guys face too.
- TheWorm, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4They're not exactly photos. They are clearly doctored in photoshop. Still, very artistic and creative. The artist has a good eye for lighting.
- Fhwqhgads, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Only took me half a second for yours.
- tfulton89, on 10/11/2007, -11/+15Oh god, Russians are so weird...
- neszis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4They're the photographic version of Norman Rockwell paintings. Besides the general "good lighting and composition," does anyone know how he accomplished this effect? Special processing, special lighting?
- tmalloy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4http://dotcache.com/http://2photo.ru/2007/06/05/kreativnyjj_zhestkach_fotograf_koen_demuynck.html
got some pictures - vigge, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Wow, some high-res versions would be nice to have, some of them would make brilliant wallpapers.
- DanMcScience, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4I have started to expect that when the title says 'Russian' the link is 'Dead'
- Alex.w, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I duno about where you are, but that's fairly safe for me. A 3d rendered penis photoshoped to a guys face? C'mon..
- DopeWeasel, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Did you even click on the link? None of those pictures in that gallery even are even remotely similar to the posting.
- PAJK, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2http://duggmirror.com//design/34_VERY_Weird_but_Splendid_Photos/plain.html
- vdog, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Is it just me, or do they all look like ads for something?
- schmik07, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2stfu. They're still good to look at so get down off your high horse and show some appreciation for a good find.
- Jeffler, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3The swimming pool one says in the corner 1 litre =/= 1 cubic meter. Thats because obviously it isn't, so the person overfilled. Its an advertisement for an education publisher.
- smurf22, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4It reminds me of Half Life 2 for some reason.
- Crazymaniacc, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2These are all Belgian, Koen Demuynck is a Belgian photographist, and these are all ads whe've seen around here.
The one with the guy lying down taking a piss, underneath says: Stand-up peeing is better.
The one with the birds is from a radio station: Radio 2
At the bottom you see: http://koendemuynck.com/ - richardiscool, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5I like the way he's being dugg down because no Americans have heard of either Belgium or the Flemish language.
- sancho320, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Freaky *****!
- AndrewMB, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2wow, those were strange!
- rajulkabir, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Not sure there are any Russians involved in this (other than hosting the images). In every photo with legible text, it was in Dutch (or, I suppose, Flemish).
- Hindu_Wardrobe, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5Photoshop
- busta, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4It looks like there's a 3D modelling and rendering touch to alot of his photos.
- dennyzartman, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Yes, they are most likely ads for high end magazines. Professional ad companies and photographers have their own publications too where they print stuff like this, sometimes yearly. These "magazines/in house publications" have some pretty impressive stuff. I bet it's a mixture of ads and general studio work.
This collection was excellent. There's a lot of photoshop, but it's still very impressive photo art. I like the way a lot of them tell little stories. I still can't quite figure out the swimming pool building or the dump truck in a beam of light. It's tough to judge the best ones, but I have to go for the sock in the jaw as number one, The road to Big Ben is very cool too.
And there seems to be a few things happening in the background of the lady walking her pet hog. Looks to me like there are at least 2 people with parachutes, a guy running along the ledge holding something, and a cat about to be swept up in the streetsweeper.
Interesting. Good find! - poseitom, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2It's Dutch!
- Phr3aker, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1wow amazing the quality reminds me if 300
- Stockwell, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Flemish is a dialect spoken in the northern part of Belgium, however the dialect varies from region to region (read every 25-30 km the dialect has slight changes and differences).
And Flemish is actually not an official language in Belgium, however Dutch, French and German are - how's that for a country with a mere 10.5 million inhabitants.
The Russian connection is only the hosting part. Don't worry folks Belgium is not becoming or has not become a satellite state for Putin-land. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1i like the anne frank one
