http://www.w3c.org
http://www.openwebdesign.org/
http://www.oswd.org/
http://www.openclipart.org/ - Aceanuu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11This looks rather ironic appearing right above the "You Can’t Profile School Shooters" story...
- skankyBacon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Right, because "good" designers are so cocky they think they know everything there is to know.
- Urusai, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5How about "Wicked Gnarly Resources Every Web Designer Should See"?
- kingyubba, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5yeah, it stinks.
stinky footer. - Dhalgren, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4The sticky footer isn't sticky...
- lyndonw, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5A good resource, some useful links that will certainly find their way into my bookmarks :)
The creating smoke tutorial is worthy of a digg alone! - starkraving, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The real people profiting from being Dugg are the hosting companies who charge for overage in your bandwidth use... :p
- Chrissie, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5thanks for this!
- keepclear, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Hope you find it usefull
- ravi7791, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5kuler is great alternative for color jack. I prefer it's interface over color jack's..

If I resize the window, it doesn't stay at the bottom of the window. Maybe he should have more examples demonstrating the power of his sticky footer. - neoknight, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4I keep seeing these statements, but research has shown that digg traffic is not monetarily profitable.
The only thing it is profitable for is exposure and visibility for the content creator.
Plus the big smile the site owner gets from looking at his stats rocket out of proportion :-) - wassim2k, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2With the 25 different top 10 lists we should see, the 12 different ultimate link sites, the 8 different huge lists, and the 6 different super downloads, another 30 killer resources will do just fine.

.bryce. - evilish, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm also pretty sure that every good designer never claims they to know everything and those that do are just fooling themselves.
Thanks for the links mate there are some good ones in there that I haven't seen before.
Oh also thanks for the open source clip art website. - theadvinci, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1Fair enough...
- confusednazgul, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow, thanks for the clip art link! That's actually incredibly useful, and I'd never heard of it before.
- GawtMilk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I'd appreciate if it had some actual resources, not just pages of web-design related jokes that recently hit the front page.
- WalkThePlank, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1let me be the first to say, thank you very much kind sir for the excellent link.
- keepclear, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Which browser are you using ? Works ok for me ...
- ReflexStock, on 04/22/2009, -0/+0Download Hi Res Stock Photos at http://www.reflexstock.com
- BirdCatcher, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2too soon! VT "30 - KILLER?"" OMG CAPITALIZING ON POPULARITY OF THE MASSACRE
- keepclear, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Yep its a good 'un, same site that did the Lighting effect tutorial - great site.
- darknailblue, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm liking this!
@Many.... Even though Killer is in the title, pages nowadays are ranked higher in search engines by their keyword density and not their title, description, and certainly not keyword meta tag content. Even if the keyword appears in an H1 tag or something like that, its weighted heavier but still doesn't touch the keyword density. - jenshik, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1@dhaljgren: Now those are some things that could actually be useful.
This article is just a load of crap like all the other "x things every web designer must see!" things I've seen on here. They're nothing more than ways to bloat your website and make it frustrating to use, especially for those with older PCs.
Buried as LAME. - slali, on 09/29/2008, -0/+0You can check more great icon resources at Iconshock's website http://www.iconshock.com/?prd=52779
- TenebrousX, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1profit doesn't have to be monetary
- deepstar, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Why do these so called "killer designer" websites always look like utter crap? Pathetic.
- mccrusc, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2The title of this submission is definitely in bad taste. Obvious because nobody says "killer" anymore.
- mccrusc, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4They picked thirty and put "killer" in the title so they would be more likely to be found in search engines, duh.
- btraut, on 10/12/2007, -8/+2a) 30 is too many. The whole point of a "top" list is for summary, and a list of 30 is too long.
b) Most of these pages aren't even resources. They're just the most recent articles that remotely relate to web design.
c) None of these are "killer".
Produce some of your own content. If you want to make a Top 10, do more than post screen shots. Until then...
Buried. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -40/+3I'm pretty sure every "good" web designer doesn't need a list of 30 resources.
If they did they would not be good.
Buried for blog spam.
