- Skitzzo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Since when did blog become a dirty word to diggers? I would be willing to bet that half the sites diggers visit are blogs. I'm so sick of people burying articles simply because they come from a blog and not on the merits of the content.
Grow up! - AllMyCauses, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I agree-- there are diggers who automatically bury anything from a Blogger site, which goes entirely against the purpose of this community. There is a lot of valuable content available on blogs, and you would think an online community would be the first to recognize its value.
- Redscowl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Hehe, have you tried "web log" instead?
Or "easily indexable and personal CMS website with articles that may or may not be interesting and fun to read" ?
{...goes off to add the word b*** to censored words filter...} - Skitzzo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Lol Redscowl, I just get aggravated when people don't even read the articles (whether they digg them or bury them, they should at least READ them).
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3This is why I somewhat "attacked" the Digg community in my own blog -- people Digg or bury without any regard to content. Even your interview showed that, Skitzzo -- and it exposes a flaw within the Digg community.

I guess these people fall under the category of 'Diggnorants.' - Skitzzo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Diggnorants lol I like it. It probably wont make you many friends but I like it.
- zoombusa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Because we are tired of the ads in blogs when they could have directly linked to the original story instead of rewording the original article.
Actually since I put Adblock on Firefox, I don't mind blogs as much. - toprank, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1how about "diggnorati"?
- pittbug, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0nice tips... time to make some adjustments on my site I guess :)
- zoombusa, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1blah blah blah blah blog....
