He'd probably be able to vaporize the kryptonite and make earth completely uninhabitable by all kryptonians. He could turn his entire batsuit into armor made of kryptonite. Reminds you how he's basically just a guy who wouldn't be a superman if he were back home on Krypton.

A baseball, a rock, anything..throw it at Batman and Batman loses :P. But of course, separately they both pwn. And as a team, Batman prevents Superman from being pwned by kryptonite..Superman saves Batman from super strong machines, etc (and heavy objects falling on him :P)
