- ashmonkey, on 05/16/2009, -0/+55Good article, but did it have to be a hundred freaking pages! They couldn't put more then one villain to a page?

01. MAGNETO - deadasdisco, on 05/16/2009, -0/+26step 3 is make it 100 pages.
- inactive, on 05/16/2009, -0/+23Step 1: Read Wizard's top 100 villians of all time.
Step 2: rearrange
Step 3:????
Step 4: Profit - DeepFriedFetus, on 05/16/2009, -2/+24The real villain is this hundred-page article
- VinnieDaMac, on 05/16/2009, -1/+12Holy crap, at a 100 clicks per visitors, they must be rolling in the advertisement $$$!
- Fhwqhgads, on 05/16/2009, -2/+12too many pages. ***** off.
- RobotKeaton, on 05/16/2009, -2/+12An alright list, but where the hell is Chairface Chippendale?
- maikrosaft, on 05/16/2009, -3/+12Each name in a single page? "Buried" >:(
- heavystone, on 05/16/2009, -2/+10100 pages??? ***** really? Was that necessary?
I vote IGN for being the nr 1 evil villain for making us having to go through 100 pages + ads! - twiztidsinz, on 05/16/2009, -1/+9#37 Zoom http://comics.ign.com/top-100-villains/37.html
#31 Professor Zoom http://comics.ign.com/top-100-villains/31.html
I call shenanigans...
I realize they're two different people doing the same character, but that'd be like putting up multiple Flash or Green Lantern or Green Arrows on a top 100 list. - Nickolassc, on 05/16/2009, -0/+6RABBLE RABBLE 100 PAGES RABBLE!
- inactive, on 05/16/2009, -1/+7top 100?
you mean All Comic Book Villains - enochthewalker, on 05/16/2009, -3/+9At first I was agitated by 100 pages but once I realized it is being released in sections every few days I am ok with it. However putting catwoman above twoface was criminal.
- Halsfield, on 05/16/2009, -0/+5Not bad, but not great, seems like they listed them based on popularity and not specifically who was "best" at being a villain. For instance catwoman is way up on the list but really isn't a huge villain, even when she was evil she was usually stealing for some animal fund or something and she's turned truly good quite a few times.
- rjs090100, on 05/16/2009, -1/+6Buried for being on 100 different pages. Who thought that was a good idea?
- inactive, on 05/16/2009, -3/+8He doesn't deserve to be on this list. Carnage sucks.
- spongya77, on 05/16/2009, -0/+4Top 100? That covers pretty much all of them... :)
(Seriously, though: 100 pages? For that reason only I did not read the article. The person who started this trend should be flogged publicly. As all the morons who follow it. I don't want to click and wait 15 times to read something, and sure as hell don't want to do it 100 times.) - jedimasterchief, on 05/17/2009, -0/+4On behalf of digg, I thank you sir.
- BigTrey, on 05/17/2009, -1/+5Wow! Really?
- RobotKeaton, on 05/17/2009, -0/+4Apocalypse had thousands of years to conquer Earth, and he decides to do it when superhumans start showing up. He's a dumbass.
- Skuzzlbut, on 05/16/2009, -0/+3WTF - buried buried buried - 100 pages is *****, linkbait. I WANTED to read it all, I really did, but 100 clicks is a little much - even on a boring Saturday night...
- sgvbomberman, on 05/16/2009, -0/+3mmmm Mystique....I wish my girl can shape shift.
- abuttt, on 05/16/2009, -1/+4tl;dr
- nepidae, on 05/16/2009, -0/+3100 ***** pages
...
WHY ARE PEOPLE DIGGING THIS *****, TURN OFF YOUR AUTO-DIGG SCRIPTS - bobsbones, on 05/16/2009, -1/+4FFS 100 pages.
And no Judge Death? The total lack of any Judge Dredd baddies is a poor oversight. - racco, on 05/16/2009, -0/+3100 pages
***** that! - Mohdoo, on 05/16/2009, -0/+3***** win.
- inactive, on 05/16/2009, -0/+2Can anyone post the full list, please?
- adml_shake, on 05/16/2009, -1/+3#1 and #2 would have been tough to place, but I think I would have switched them.
- RusskiGuy, on 05/16/2009, -1/+3... but if you piss her off, she can provide authorities with a videotape of your acts of bestiality, homosexuality, and child molestation at will... unless you're already into that stuff
- VBTech, on 05/16/2009, -2/+4Why is Carnage 90th? At least Venom's 22nd, I suppose.
- bghs2003, on 05/16/2009, -1/+3you wish that until she pulls a prank on you and shifts into the ugliest thing imaginable in the middle of sex
- Spacejack, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1I'm not flipping through 100 pages to find out but I'm betting Johnny Bates isn't on this list either.
- kenyadoit, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1Electro kicked him out and took his spot.
- diggnidy, on 05/16/2009, -1/+2100 pages, really?
i wonder when they'll split one page into two and make them 200 LOL - kenyadoit, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1It would've worked better with one page of the entire list, and the other 100 linking from it. One more page wouldn't have been a big deal.
- kenyadoit, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1Or she turns into a dude.
- nick041, on 05/16/2009, -0/+1No. No way in hell I'm going through 100 pages. I'm going to read about Society Roach instead.
- BigTrey, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1nope
- kenyadoit, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1Doomsday was nothing more than a plot device. It's hard to to "killing" Superman, which was the only reason he was created. And yes, so was Bane, but Bane has more depth.
- usttag, on 05/21/2009, -0/+1It's just being smart. Having a 100 pages means 1 user entering their site 100 times.
- frepnog, on 05/17/2009, -2/+3because Doomsday was a lame invented "character" with one purpose. Harley has a personality, and is quite popular.
- nepidae, on 05/17/2009, -1/+2How about after doing 10 posts they organize them better?
- MrLeo1984, on 05/17/2009, -0/+1I've been so out of the Marvel comic world for so long (which, given the convulted storylines flying everywhere, means I have zero chance of getting back into it), I wonder, has Apocalypse and Galactus ever interacted with each other? Just curious.
- abcgi, on 05/17/2009, -1/+2Damn good point.
- mmd1080, on 05/16/2009, -1/+2I don't disagree, but they put so much thought into each villain I forgive them.
- bicyclethief, on 05/16/2009, -1/+2I think kidnapping all of earth's heros and villains and making them fight to the death qualifies one as being a villain.
- inactive, on 05/17/2009, -1/+1When I was in my comic book phase in the mid-90s, the comic that I collected FAR more than any other was X-men. The X-men had some kickass villains: Mr. Sinister, Apocalypse, Omega Red, the Phalanx, etc. But the one villain's appearance that I and about a million other X-men collectors waited for was Magneto. Hands down. His awesome powers, his intelligence, and his belief that what he was doing was the right thing to do, that he didn't see himself as evil but rather a savior, made him one of the greatest comic characters of all time.
But let's be clear. The Joker should have been #1. -
