- electricwaffles, on 07/26/2008, -0/+39dugg for making the president of DC Comics stand still for five minutes while he's videotaped for this time lapse.
- zdiddy85, on 07/26/2008, -1/+11The video was surprisingly well edited. Dugg.
- vango, on 07/26/2008, -1/+27dugg for time lapse. makes me feel like i saved time
- tpopoff, on 07/27/2008, -1/+12Nice! I think this is a much cooler time to be playing with time lapse.
- htg2010, on 07/27/2008, -9/+19dugg for the fat people
- radsprack, on 07/28/2008, -0/+3Ha, that vintage comic vendor WAS breathing kinda heavily.
- eviephenomena, on 07/27/2008, -1/+10This is as much footage of comic con I can watch without getting really jealous.
Nope - Still jealous. - phibit, on 07/27/2008, -15/+3Something I'll never understand. Comic books are lame and overpriced.
- Lewiji, on 07/27/2008, -1/+6How many films based on comic books have you enjoyed in the last few years?
- thePTS, on 07/28/2008, -0/+3"Something I'll never understand."
you should've stopped there.
- CorneliusStump, on 07/27/2008, -12/+5lol omg nerds
- glinsvad, on 07/27/2008, -2/+2It's like watching an anthill of nerds... now, where did I leave my magnifying glass
- ChileanGoD, on 07/27/2008, -4/+21Hey Batman. Why so serious?
- MondayJBlack, on 07/27/2008, -0/+13That first guy wouldn't have moved without the time lapse anyway...
- RandyGandy, on 07/27/2008, -1/+38dugg for time lapse of fat guy breathing
- hoodratthangs, on 07/27/2008, -1/+3that wasn't a time lapse. He just gets out of breath easily
- jezmck, on 07/27/2008, -11/+5Wow, you Yanks really are fat.
- ayeroxor, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2Yeah, it's the downside of having all this money and land. We used to be skinny, back when our country was poor and barren like yours.
- slack0re, on 07/27/2008, -5/+0shoulda just did some blue screen video
- theOster, on 07/27/2008, -1/+1and a real slacker would've left the "e" off
- egthareal, on 07/27/2008, -0/+8Comic Con was great this year. A little too crowded but, I didn't feel like that stopped me from doing anything.
The coolest part was people like Seth Macfarlene, Seth Green, Matt Groening, and many others were just wandering around Comic Con with the same amazement as others. Most people didn't even recognize Matt so I caught him several times walking in the crowd unnoticed.
My only complaint is the food situation. They had the same generic crap food that they forced on everyone. There was no "fast-food" mini-restaurants like pizza hut, taco bell, etc. It was just really crappy crap that you waited in a huge line for. That was the biggest line was waiting for crap food. Comic Con or San Diego missed a huge opportunity to make lots more money by demanding food vendors can come in.
Closing note, you should have seen some of these peoples costumes, absolutely amazing. Worth the 30bux just to see the freak show! - 2clone, on 07/27/2008, -5/+4HOLY *****!!
Look at Alan Rutledge, some one get this guy some liposuction Quick!!
Somewhere in there in his penis. - LOL- Greengoo, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2Find ya penis one dolla! One dollar, finddddddd ya penis!
- 2clone, on 07/27/2008, -4/+12Why is everyone in this video fat?
- rheaume, on 07/27/2008, -4/+1Why is everyone fat?
- Culero, on 07/27/2008, -2/+6because they all stay at home with comics/computer/starwars collection/own hand...
- tehknotte, on 07/27/2008, -0/+3cause they are pizza all day
- Ramble, on 07/27/2008, -1/+7I went to a comic con once (London) to meet Patrick Stewart and the bastard left early.
I did however meet Billy West, so it was well worth it. - lot665, on 07/27/2008, -2/+3neat
- poopsmcgee, on 07/27/2008, -3/+2Suddenly...
NERDS - twmulloy, on 07/27/2008, -1/+6a bunch of 1 minute clips played at twice the speed, how can that even be considered time lapse?
- shagg187, on 07/27/2008, -0/+7Fake. No one can make Batman stand in one place for 5 minutes straight in an open crowd unless he is standing on top of some building beside a Gargoyle.
- radsprack, on 07/28/2008, -0/+3I doubt there are many crowds standing on tops of buildings.
- DigitAl56K, on 07/27/2008, -1/+1DivX team is also filming bits and pieces of Comic Con 2008. Check it out:
http://labs.divx.com/VideoBlog - pittpat, on 07/27/2008, -1/+3That's a lot of people in one place that has ZERO chance of getting laid!
- thePTS, on 07/28/2008, -0/+6This was great, enjoyed the little detail with the stormtroopers coming over and joking around while the guy was standing still.
- sdpguy, on 07/28/2008, -0/+3its getting big but they'd better never move it...it's in a fun city that really embraces it closely...
- GordonV, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2Wow, this really did capture some of the momentum of a convention. Good Job and keep up the good work.
- NavARXIDA, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2Great vid.
- warplayer, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2That wasn't time lapse. Should have had the DC guy stand there for the whole length of the convention.
- Kenzan, on 08/01/2008, -0/+1That was 2:12 minutes of time lapse blubber.
- vijethk, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1great bro....it was really so nice...
