It's random, has a couple funny points that don't involve any kind of real concept at all. It's kind of like Family Guy.

You could make fun of Paul without stupid unsubstantiated things like that he thinks EVERYTHING is unconstitutional, which is in fact far from the truth. I liked the idea someone posted of him attacking Bush with bars of gold. That would have been funny.
