- salsaman, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Excellent clues, Blue!
The smoking gun for me is the lightened green between the cars in the Autobot's cheeks and forehead. Definitely 'chopped.
Shadows are a function of the angle of the sun, the angle of the ground, and the angle of the object casting the shadow, so the fact that the lines are not parallel reveals a discrepancy in sun angle (chopped) or the ground angle (legit).
So c'mon somebody-- get 100 people to park their cars right and pay $3 each for the helicopter! - Falldog, on 12/23/2007, -0/+1I love the one comment on the page,
Yeah, and as my friends on YouTube like to opine: "FAKE!" (fake, fake, fake...)
Consider these initial "Blues Clues":
1.) No name attached to who did it.
2.) No ground shot(s).
3.) A helicopter costs $300 an hour to rent.
Since these frauds are clogging the Internets tubes, I've done a little image processing on this to show something about fake photos.

Jalopnik's reputation and popularity are helping spread this thing like wildfire.

I expect next we'll learn that we have found WMD in Iraq, and that just last night Santa Claus was seen having a beer with Friedrich Nietzsche somewhere in Zuffenhausen.
Regardless whether it's fake or not (if it wasn't, wouldn't there be more bloody photos of it considering the level of effort?) buried for blog spam.
