My PC is hooked up to a 20" widescreen cinema display and some very loud, very clear speakers. It's a gaming PC with high performace RAM and a Nvidia 7800 GPU. The linux machine is not a bad PC (sempron 2700+) but not the fastest.

    So when I say this, I'd lke you to know that I'm not doing it blindly - I prefer my Mac.

  • bgoodin, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14Strange, I'm a Mac user. I'm quite involved in knowing everything i can about my computer. I also, own a Windows machine and have 2 linux boxes setup. I actively use them all. I would say the same about Windows users who like rip on Mac when they've never spent any time on one. For the record, you actually don't have to forget everything you know about computers. The fact that you would say that seems to indicate that you have never used a Mac. Which in turn would make you one of those people that say a lot about things they know nothing about.

It was posted to the internets when it first came out....which was when those apple switch ads were current. Wasn't that around the time of OS 9? Or at least OS X was just released which was 6 years ago. Okay the ads started 5 years ago which would make this approximately, 5 years old. It has been on the internet for just about as long.

    HAHAHA! Indeed I sometimes do need a life! The good thing is that it is not a hobby but rather a professional requirement that make my platform fetish a possibility. So, at the end of the day and on the weekend I enjoy a round of 2007.1.

I simply can't see Apple releasing an ad that would end with the line "I'm a porn actor," considering the company strives to be family friendly and the computer of choice for elementary schools.
