They can only go as fast as their 'host' body could when it was alive. Kenyan zombies would probably be the worst possible scenario.

If you have time to send a Twitter via iPhone during a zombie outbreak, survival obviously isn't your top concern. :)

None of these things apply to zombies, who are dead (thus the slow movement due to rigor mortis), eat people, and do not die from starvation.

    28 Days Later is a good movie. It just has nothing to do with zombies.
