I'm not saying that he is not good, what I am saying is that the rings are falling really really fast. For those of you who can blow a smoke ring, have you ever had them fall that fast? lemme know, cuz maybe I'm wrong.

- Fulcan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Now that I look at it again, yes, this does appear to be sped up. I blow smoke rings too when I smoke cigars (rat pack style) and Ive NEVER had them fall that fast. Plus, if you notice, when he expells the last bit of smoke, it immediatly falls aswell. Very uncharactaristic of smoke.

I like to smoke the hookah too and can do some pretty fun tricks with the smoke. (reverse waterfall, rings through rings etc.) only took about 9 months to learn ;)
The trick is in getting the right amount of smoke into your mouth to be expelled (or expelling only a certain amount from the smoke in your mouth. A strong jaw action is useful in this, i find that using your tongue makes no difference to the size of your rings, although if it's anything but flush with the bottom of your mouth you'll get chunks taken out of the edges of your rings.
Just whatever you do, don't get too used to saying "oh" or "uh" when you expel your rings, it just sounds a little amateur after a while, you should be able to get to the stage of rings where you don't make any sounds at all! If it were legal to smoke in bars in Washington I could get myself some free drinks by blowing multiple smoke rings through smoke rings. Smoke does not drop that fast. Never seen it drop that fast with a cigar, hookah, or mass amounts of bud. It's definitely sped up.
