While it might not be a unit you make normally, I do not doubt that the unit is in the game. Remember how the Secret Cow Level in Diablo II was also announced on April 1st to throw people off? And how they showed in-game screenshots, which people thought were just photoshopped? Well hell, this shows in-game movies, meaning they rendered the unit.
