- ajchavar, on 01/11/2008, -1/+26actually its not photoshopped. when you use a flash and a slow shutterspeed while photographing a reflective object thats how it shows up. if you look around the edges of the plate you can see motion blur marks. the flash just looks really strong only on the plate because its built to reflect a lot more light than the car (plates reflect a lot of light so that they can be read easily by cops/auto cameras etc).
