    However, he talked really good. He's a good entertainer and would make a good stand up comedian if he had some good material.

    Just one question: if the scorpion's poion sacs were intact then wouldn't it sting? IM confused.

  • dawgma, on 10/12/2007, -0/+32Nope. He's just using gravity to his advantage. When you throw anything into the air, it will STOP MOVING just before it begins to fall back down.

    So the trick is that he gets his head under the ball just when it starts to fall back down. By slipping his head under the ball at this point, he won't feel the ball falling on him. He also cushions the fall slightly.

    There's no need to switch for a lighter ball in a trick like this.

Aside from common sense. I think that's the joke. What he's doing isn't that dangerous. It just looks and sounds dangerous.

I think he summed up quite well what most of us thought of the act; Maybe not as well as some other commenters of course. At least he didn't spam or use terrible grammar or spelling.

    yeah, but you have to have some fast reflexes for this to even work. Most people would not be able to get out of the way in time
