- magicjohnson, on 06/20/2008, -18/+254After watching this video it has to be fake, right? Why would someone randomly be filming a street?
- agentbob, on 06/21/2008, -0/+159asian ladies aren't women?
- jbbears554, on 06/21/2008, -25/+149its fake... only women and asian ladies drive like that in real life
- sarixe, on 06/21/2008, -5/+119niko?
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -8/+112lol they probably ran out of frappuchinos at starbucks.
- mparker7410, on 06/21/2008, -8/+110Why is somebody on a balcony filming some guy parallel parking?
- DrCrankenstein, on 06/20/2008, -5/+103Definitely Europe, not Chicago as the video says, but either way, pretty awesome. I saw a guy a Volvo play bumper cars in Paris for a while because people boxed him in.
- LowFuel, on 06/21/2008, -1/+47Cousin! Let's go play some darts.
- blapierre, on 06/21/2008, -7/+49Well it's on break so it's fake and gay.
- rodrigorules, on 06/21/2008, -6/+45its fake
- choopie911, on 06/21/2008, -0/+39I'd say the most astounding is that he hit the car intentionally, twice.
- TheWalkingDude, on 06/21/2008, -5/+35Not bad, but he is no match for Beijing Parking Style.
http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/search/kung%2 ... - Commonwealth, on 06/21/2008, -1/+31I was in Paris recently and it seemed pretty common for a driver to just push another car out of a parking space and then walk off like nothing happened. I was really surprised the first time I saw it, but nobody else seemed to be.
- hartley, on 06/21/2008, -3/+32My assumption is that the person parking the car is in on it. I guess it was a film intended to get the reaction of the people watching this guy hit both cars pretty hard while trying to parallel park. The other cars are probably owned by the camera man/men.
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -2/+23This is France for the information, I recognize the models of the car and the marking on the ground and the general atmosphere.
Crazy stuff. - wreckosaurus, on 06/21/2008, -0/+20only the uk drives on the left, the rest of europe drives on the right
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -4/+24Speed Parking: http://digg.com/people/Speed_Parking_Parallel
- JerichoSam, on 06/20/2008, -4/+23The most astounding part is that he just walked away!
- choppa1890, on 06/21/2008, -1/+20maybe he was testing out his/her new camera. I remember one time we got back from our country club, we look down our apartment window and all of a sudden we see a shoot out. Sometimes you encounter things u might not expect.
- rbflurry01, on 06/21/2008, -2/+19i had an asian lady back up onto my car hood while it was sitting in a parking spot. 2,000 dollars worth of damage. :)
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -0/+14The French being spoken was what tipped me off.
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -1/+14you didnt watch it did you
- DocHoliday22, on 06/21/2008, -1/+12How did the guy filming know it was going to happen? Lucky shot? Another viral marketing trick?
- TheBigBad, on 06/21/2008, -1/+11What is this "internet" you speak of? I was sending some electronic mail, fell into the tubes and ended up here. Where am I?
- Realnemesis, on 06/21/2008, -1/+11COUSINNNNNN!!!!!!!!
- VinnieDaMac, on 06/21/2008, -1/+10That's from the movie "Shaolin Soccer"
- 36CrzyFsts, on 06/21/2008, -0/+9it was actually a hidden camera show on BBC
- skav, on 06/21/2008, -1/+9http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Begging_the_question
Modern usage controversy
More recently, to beg the question has been used by some to mean "to raise the question", or "the question really ought to be addressed" [7] An example of such a use would be, "This year's budget deficit is half a trillion dollars. This begs the question: how are we ever going to balance the budget?" This usage is often criticized by proponents of the traditional meaning, but it has nonetheless come into sufficiently widespread use that it is now the most common use of the term. The phrases circular reasoning, circular logic, and circular arguments have come to be used in places where logicians would tend to use "beg the question". - nemojonze, on 06/21/2008, -1/+8that's what she said!
- jimmick, on 06/21/2008, -0/+7"ok dude here's the plan, I'll get a *****, low resolution camera and two cars. You beat the ***** out of them with yours and I'll film it"
????
Profit! - gllopc, on 06/21/2008, -0/+7Why do you have the word film in quotes? Do you often use another word, but decided to substitute it with the word film this time, and just got lucky that it's in context?
That's very banana of you. - albinorhino101, on 06/21/2008, -0/+7Yup, I saw very similar drivers in Madrid one time too, it's simply accepted that you might have to bump into other cars a little bit to park over there.
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -0/+6I don't have sound here, but yeah... I guess that would be a deal-closer.
- swordedge, on 06/21/2008, -0/+6people are this stupid everywhere
- heavystone, on 06/21/2008, -0/+5Its fake, but still funny.
- Janv1er, on 06/21/2008, -0/+5Most of those were French cars, it was an older Renault Megane pushing an Opel Corsa.
- nicksource, on 06/21/2008, -0/+5That's defiantly hand held, unless the security cameras are controlled with strings, there was too much movement on it.
- Yookji, on 06/21/2008, -0/+5That's why they use public transportation in Europe.
- JuiceShepp, on 06/21/2008, -2/+7and gay!
- inactive, on 06/21/2008, -4/+9You didn't state one single fact, just a bunch of opinions.
Here's your smilie back: :) - zeiben, on 06/21/2008, -0/+4You must be a spy, like Jason Bourne.
- bassman12593, on 06/21/2008, -1/+5no, niko would just leave it in the middle of the street
- slowbo, on 06/21/2008, -0/+4It's an island...
- spiri, on 06/21/2008, -0/+4NNNNNN
- aaroh, on 06/21/2008, -0/+3I am so relieved he wasn't Asian.
- Stroggoth, on 06/21/2008, -0/+3Ah, confirmed. Video is viral for a German parking company that sells automated lots.
- SadMartigan, on 11/25/2008, -2/+5Yes, I actually thought this was Madrid, until I saw how wide the street was.
My car has been thrashed by inconsiderate spaniard parking.
At least it didn't get torched in some socialist street demonstration.
Or perhaps this type of thing is WHY French kids burn other people's cars. - jonishere, on 06/21/2008, -0/+3if you check liveleak.com there is a link for this - www.directpark.co.uk - website...Not sure if its a commercial/promotion for it...
- OptionalPirate, on 06/21/2008, -1/+4It was a show on the BBC that was meant to gauge peoples' reactions to a guy trying to fit into a parking spot. Those other cars were junkers. :)
- NotOptium, on 06/21/2008, -2/+5Chill out negative Nancy.
