Just kidding!
Fox doesn't have message boards.
They don't want people discussing things in public.
The truth might slip out. - inactive, on 08/27/2008, -54/+215A modest proposal for Bush apologists...
MOVE TO IRAQ OR AFGHANISTAN
Hear me out...
Bush is a lame duck now -- his approval ratings are at historic lows, his agenda is seeing defeat in the US Congress, and polls show Americans overwhelmingly disagreeing with him on nearly every major issue.
This means YOU ARE PART OF A MINORITY in the United States.
Iraq and Afghanistan are "free and democratic" -- I've seen you people declare so a million times.
There are very few liberals in Iraq and Afghanistan, so you won't be bothered with the awful truth about BushCo's COLOSSAL failures.
On the other hand, Iraq and Afghanistan are chock full of fundamentalist religious whackos who should make you feel right at home.
Oh, and Iraq and Afghanistan are also chock full of terrorists, so you can actually FIGHT THEM, instead of sending other people's children to die or spewing opinions about "liberals."
Think about it... - inactive, on 08/27/2008, -19/+102i once saw fox news at the doctors office and thought it was MadTV with better production

Oligarchy (Greek Ὀλιγαρχία, Oligarkhía) is a form of government where political power effectively rests with a small elite segment of society (whether distinguished by wealth, family, military powers or spiritual hegemony). The word oligarchy is translated into "rule by few." Compare with autocracy (rule by one person) and democracy (rule by the people). - inactive, on 08/27/2008, -32/+84Fox Lies

- RevAradia, on 08/27/2008, -4/+42Ya know, I'm about to be very unpopular here but reading all the comments brings to mind a comment by the late great George Carlin....the tv has TWO knobs....one to turn it up down and off....and the other to TURN THE CHANNEL...I won't get insulting and continue on with Mr. Carlin's opinion of people who are uncomfortable with anything with two knobs.

because anyone here would seriously believe Fox would put up a billboard saying that. - gaqua, on 08/27/2008, -0/+19neither right wingers or left wingers are more likely to be independent thinkers.
One thing's for sure: anybody who gets the majority of their news from a single source is not an independent thinker, whether that single source be cnn, fox news, msnbc, digg.com or huffingtonpost. - Optiks, on 08/27/2008, -1/+19Finally, someone who recognizes cable news for what it really is, no matter what channel one may find it on. Good job.

- knowitman, on 08/27/2008, -12/+25But the liberals think that having all liberal is "fair and balanced." Therefore, Fox News, having reporters from all sides, must be overly bias.
- bjornski, on 08/27/2008, -4/+17Have you seen their "Business News" show?
They're lucky if they even bother to mention the days closing numbers.
Cavuto is a putz. And there's barely any "news" on Fox. It's all opinion pieces.
And it's taken as fact. - bgrah449, on 08/27/2008, -1/+13This idea was stolen from an American Dad episode.

- krahzee, on 08/27/2008, -2/+9I don´t watch Fox News. I do believe it to be partisan. I do not need someone tryong to convince me as to how I should think.
I Also see websites like the daily kos, moveon.org, and thinkprogress for the partisan propaganda machines they are.
Yet, for some reason, people on digg have trouble admitting that they both are more alike than they care to admit in their roles as propaganda machines.
Fox news serves the same purpose Rush Limbaugh, the sites listed above or any of the Air America host do. They do not exist to convince the undecided to follow their way of thinking. They exist to reinforce that philosophy to the already zealous.
All of that is fine so long as you admit to yourself that the ¨fair & balanced¨ information you are receiving might have some hidden agenda influencing it. - geodebug, on 08/27/2008, -5/+12We lie, your children get sent to die
- dark3lf, on 08/27/2008, -2/+9Folks who rely on any one network for news are shameful. Learn to approach topics from multiple sources, cause pretty much all media is biased.

You are confusing Olbermann's position as a political analyst/commentator with a news anchor. News analysts and commentators (Hannity&Colms) are expected to present things from their point of view, hence the word analyst.
News anchors are expected to be objective and as unbiased as possible. It's a job tough to pull off elegantly. Faux News anchors are especially maladroit in this area and end up acting more like analysts and commentators. - inactive, on 08/27/2008, -0/+6I guess noone remembers the "no atheists in foxholes" saying. /facepalm
