It seems irrelevant to post 'what' or 'when' or 'how' etc; Most of the time I can find exactly what I need with one or two words.

Dugg. - Klak, on 06/05/2009, -15/+326its not smart vs not smart here, questions referring to specific topics are phrased in a certain way. you wouldnt normally ask "under what conditions" unless the question was related to science if i asked "under what conditions do babys crawl?" what do you say? when you put them on the ground?. "in what year" would usually refer to a historical question if you dont want anything more specific than the year. if i was asking "in what year does american idol start?" you'd think im an idiot because it happens every year.
