- Panc, on 02/12/2008, -1/+11I think I have a serious Wikipedia addiction, looking up anything that sounds interesting and just reading and clicking links I see for hours. Makes you pretty kickass at trivia

I heart Google. - hfxadv, on 02/12/2008, -0/+7was that a Netscape browser on OS 9 at 0:17?
- inactive, on 02/12/2008, -0/+7Stop posting this on every ***** story.
- LinuxGalore, on 02/12/2008, -1/+8This is a big issue in education. If you have to go to a library and spend time looking up some facts the "hard way" the brain will remember the details better. If you were to use Google or Yahoo to research the same data your brain would naturally tag the data "look on google/yahoo" rather than storing it with more detail in you long term memory. To put it simply information gained fast and easy means your brain also only stores the "fast and easy" method you got the data but not much long term detail about the data itself.
- Torx, on 02/12/2008, -0/+7"dont ask me, google it"
