(You know, those things where you have to cross your eyes to get the the image to line up properly with your left and right visual fields so you see a hidden image) He keeps trying and keeps failing to see it. Meanwhile someone comes by and says, "Ha! It's a sailboat"! I think he gets really pissed because he can't see it. But he might also be more pissed because that's kind of a spoiler.

    Speaking of spoilers, this magic eye image displays two blocks of text that say: "Stop wasting your time" and "Get a life". I suspect this is playing into the fact that there are some people who are unable (for whatever reason) to properly cross their eyes to see magic eye images. It does take some concentration to properly align your eyes to reveal the image. That includes slowly moving your eyes from left to right individually until they line up with the visual mode of the hidden image.
