Whether or not it is censorship on their part or just abuse of their flagging system, it's a problem that they(Youtube/Google) need to FIX.
Not to mention tons of news sites and television reports will be linking to a site that has been 'suspended', thus making Youtube look VERY STUPID.

What did Tory do to earn a suspension, and why was it rescinded so quickly after it initially occurred? Was it a mistake? Is this a result of some sort of flawed automated system that only a human operator can fix after numerous calls and e-mails from disturbed YouTube users? Or is this another Scilon conspiracy?
Highly support the backups for justice. If suddenly all videos relating to Scientology are going down on YouTube, we might as well make it worth their while and create many, many, many targets.

However, in this case I can totally understand why it should get back on the viral charts. The sucky part is all the linkbacks to the original vid are now broken. Who knows, the original video is missing tens of thousands of potential views by being down.
