- Varney, on 11/01/2007, -0/+58Good thing I'm not trying to fit in.
- sensoukami, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27No doubt! I wouldn't waste my coin on clothes, I'd spend it on Hookers & Blow!!! Not to mention the world's greate Home Entertainment system and PC gaming rig...
- DustPuppySnr, on 10/14/2007, -3/+26Even if I have the money to buy this, I wouldn't. I don't want to be known as one of the rich gullible people.
- wonko33, on 10/12/2007, -2/+20Wow, if their husbands are paying that much for their stuff, just imagine how much they spend on their mistresses.
- heartcoldfusion, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18The sad part is they're still not happy.
- sofwarewizard, on 10/12/2007, -4/+19it may be insane, but I would like to have the scratch to buy it and not care!
- fleury29, on 10/11/2007, -1/+15Fine....I'll make my own $44,000 belts, $1,300 tshirts and $20,000 shoes, with hookers and blackjack.
Forget the belts, tshirts, and shoes.
Forget the blackjack.
Aww screw it all. - EllisAshbrook, on 10/11/2007, -1/+14I'd rather buy gadgets!!!
- chewbacca77, on 10/19/2007, -1/+12Wow. Pricey AND ugly.
- truemarketing, on 10/19/2007, -1/+12Jaysus! That belt cracks me up. You can get one of those at the Gap for 22 bucks.
- chris9902, on 10/19/2007, -0/+11but do your things hug you at night?
- ZombieKiss, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Better servers would be a good use of money too...
- LogicBomB, on 10/11/2007, -2/+11If I were rich and I had children who wanted to fit in, I'd tell them they can buy whatever they want.... with their own money. Until then they get a few dollars allowance like every normal person.
Working for your money makes you a better person. Having it given to you makes you a "but I deserve it" bitch. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9It has always been this way, only now we have the internet.
- mc88, on 11/01/2007, -3/+10Uber-wealthy translates into Uber-wasteful. My guess is the word philanthropy isn't in any of those women's vocabularies.
- Surfrock66, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Well, that does it, I'm off to go find a suicide booth.
- av4rice, on 10/10/2007, -5/+11http://duggmirror.com//celebrity/The_Price_of_Fitt ...
- kaiserollofdoom, on 11/01/2007, -0/+6So glad I was raised in household where even if there was money you didn't spend it needlessly. Thanks Mom and Dad.
- Rsardinia, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Sad.
- Terminaltor, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10This is disgusting, and a symptom of what the USA have become (give me your poor my ass) Phil Spector , the murderer, is free, people are dying everyday in Irak, a guy gets arrested for feeding the homeless, young female stars do not feel the need to wear their panties, Rush is an addict, Ted Haggard is a closeted gay,"Jack Bauer" is going to prison, K-Fed is the "good" one, the US Dollar is sinking, homes are being foreclosed................Geez, people need to wake up ! I always tought Ron Paul types were delusional, they might be right.
- bobbarkerbilly, on 10/19/2007, -1/+7If only paying taxes were fashionable.
- DavidYeah, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Reaganomics!
- tehpwnrate, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8Scratch? Coin? What happened to "cash" and "green"? I say old chap, have you the specie in your treasury to purchase these Himalayan walking boots?
- oldhick, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6I think most people look like douches. Collar up, douche. Visor, douche. Baggy jeans, douche. Sideways or crooked cap, douche. Hat that matches shoes, douche. Pink on a dude, douche. The list goes on. We're all fashion losers so I don't see the point in simply calling these people out because they spend more money to be a loser. If you're gonna be a loser, might as well be a big wealthy loser.
- TACV, on 11/01/2007, -2/+7i agree, insanity describes it best! amazing.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6ipod: £100
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6When were greed and flash not in style?
- solodan1000, on 10/17/2007, -1/+6It really doesn't matter. If they have the money, then they can do whatever they want with it. Some buy things, and others donate it. But overall who cares? Are they giving you money....no. So try worrying about yourselves instead on the lifestyle of others.
- theworldisflat, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Welcome to the 80's again fellas. Greed is good, flash is the name of the game.
- TheMidnight, on 11/01/2007, -0/+5Diamond encrusted Pentium2? Haha, I have a plastic-encased Core 2 Duo!
- inactive, on 11/01/2007, -0/+4pssh; I can buy a fendi in chinatown for like $30. It may have "fallen off the back of a truck" or something, but I've compared the stuff they have to the real thing and I can't tell a difference.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4The most expensive t-shirt, if I am correct, was an original run of the Run-DMC Adidas tshirts... although, you get them via auction, unlike that $1300 shirt you can buy at any time.
- GRANDPAMUNSTER, on 06/11/2009, -3/+7Welcome to the gilded age, where the rich are super rich, and the rest of us are poor.
- vertinox, on 11/01/2007, -0/+4Actually, there was prank pulled at a classy NYC consignment store in which someone took the labels off expensive lines and swaped them with clothes they bought at Target... And the target clothes sold while the expensive clothes didn't because of the labels.
- Sithlrd, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4ALE AND WHORES!!!
- camionmorto, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4..and I don't blame her.
- NinjaBoy, on 10/11/2007, -1/+560's (it was weed and flesh)
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3That was probably the best response possible. Good job.
- tuka, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3When you support MEGA MEDIA corporations and "stars" and their mogul managers, this is the ***** they spend that money on. Remember that next time you help feed the starving artists by purchasing a $20 cd or $40 blue ray disk w/ 2 hours of horse *****.
Bring down the industry, make stars back into artists. Besides, a starving artists look better than fat ones ;) - phenolholic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3we do want your poor. how will we get fat on mcdonalds without salvadorian migrant workers?
- TheMidnight, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3It's a capital T-shirt.
- bxzcd, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5They should pay for a better server.
- oldhick, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Whatever, fashion is about many things. Look at punk, skater, goth, geek, whatever fashion trends you want. Regardless of how much you spend, most people look to fashion to give them a sense of identity. I think its all pretty silly, but 99% of people find it important.
- hasahugedig, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4is there any server on this earth and digg can't crash? the digg community should put a link to ebay to see if we can bring that site down too. just for fun.
- bobbarkerbilly, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2In my pimpmobile.
- phenolholic, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2its good to see these garments are made somewhere in pakistan or malaysia for less then $1 each. how we value brand names. its why we made demi-gods of movie stars and musicians.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5People that are that wealthy and vapid enough to blow 22k on a shirt will never make contact with you or I. Not only that but spending that kind of money for disposable (you won't ever wear it again after this season is over) clothing rather than charities just makes you a bonafide *****.
- breadfred, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Why are you being dugg down? It is a genuine question with the aim to help other diggers. We should be here to help! Unfortunately I do not know myself, except that there are some sites 'out there' that automatically create mirrors, most likely based on the number of hits that the site gets. Some more experienced diggers know where to look for these mirror sites and put the link in their comments.
- Elranzer, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3It'll be outdated in a month, though.
