Come on, they filmed her completely naked from the rear, so they had to have had a full shot from the front also. There are ways you can get in front of a camera without showing the front side, but seriously do you think that she went through all the trouble?
Obviously she was hoping the studio would be able to keep a hold of the originals and they would not be released. Which explains why she allowed filming topless. There are ways to film that shot without actually walking bare breasted.

Given recent pop culture evnts, one might think so. However:
The term "astronaut style" predates the Nowak silliness by about 12 years. An old boss of mine used to throw around the term in mixed company with the intention of drumming up a few laughs. The term has no strong definition - it is meant to spur others into *trying* to determine just what sexual connotation exists. The uninitiated wants to think there must be some obvious meaning, but the joke is that there simply is not. I have two almost-teenage daughters and being a dad of girls tends to change your perspective on things like this. If someone wants to spread for nude photos for money or something, I guess that's their choice as an adult. But I think anyone, male female, celebrity or not, should have a little bit of right to privacy within their own self and their own body.
