How sad is it that an author puts on a great presentation at a school, the kids get all excited about the book and then the school doesn't have the funds to buy a single copy of it? The Softwire is a fantastic book, Kids Need to Read is an awesome project and I have great admiration for both PJ Haarsma and Nathan Fillion.

PJ didn't plug it nearly well enough in the interview ;) There is a top-notch limited-edition numbered collector's card with Nathan and PJ's pic from this interview, autographed by both Nathan and PJ. A copy of The Softwire, carefully covered and signed by Nathan and PJ, a Softwire necklace, Softwire posters signed by PJ, a CD with Nathan reading the first three chapters - it's a Nathan Fillion and Softwire fan mecca! And of course a great cause :)

    Hopefully Kids Need To Read rectifies this problem :)

        It was a fun interview to read - interesting to have Nathan Fillion on the other end of the "mic" so to speak
