Oh, wait a second; now that I have reviewed his personal embarrassment I think he actually looked more like Shrek than Teddy Bare. Take a look and see if he doesn’t look almost exactly like Shrek with that wide silly grin. He even looked a little green (pre-puke?).
Ouch! I did not mean to offend Shrek fans by comparing this useless public drunk to a very likable movie character who, although animated, has a much larger following than DeVino (oops, DeVito).
