- staticneuron, on 12/07/2008, -2/+12Thank you. The glove was the only thing? How about OJ's blood they were supposed to send to the lab but somehow ended up in the lab technicians pocket for a week. The blood all the way up his driveway but not anywhere near where the bloody glove was found. Not on the walkway nor on the two latch gates he had to get past to get to Kato's window. Or how about the cut on his hands he supposedly got while killing the victims yet the gloves had no cuts or gashes in them. Smart enough to hide the murder weapon that till this day they couldn't find but decides that the bloody gloves and the blood all over his car wasn't important.
No one seems to have paid attention to this botched court case. he coulda been guilty but there is no proof because it really does look like all the evidence was planted. And what makes it worse is that in the face of all this ***** up tomfoolery we have idiots proclaiming he got of "only because the gloves didn't fit"? Welcome to america, guilty until proven innocent. And the masses "know" everything because of sensationalist headlines and short blurbs about the case. I used to wonder if the majority of our citizens were just willfully ignorant or just plain stupid..... then GWB got elected twice and then I got my answer. - opticwind, on 12/07/2008, -2/+12Dozens of murders every day and yet we're still hung up on this one, because he's famous. Who cares about OJ?
- rickcarson, on 12/07/2008, -3/+13I'm not black, but even I find it incredibly suspicious that the cops with a previous record of racism didn't find all the footprints and blood until the _second_ time they looked over the property.
Moreover, ignoring all the other antics that alone creates enough doubt in my mind that I would not have been able to convict him.
Just a refresher for our American friends who in the midst of throwing away all their other civil liberties... here's how the legal system works: the prosecution has to prove their case BEYOND reasonable doubt.
Does that mean he's innocent? Maybe not, but he's not convicted, so you shouldn't call him a murderer. - miamiflashfan, on 12/07/2008, -1/+11He dedicated all of those years to finding the real killer.
- brettjbrown, on 12/06/2008, -5/+15Throw him away(jail), the Juice is sour.

- nordberg, on 12/07/2008, -0/+5Do I think he did it, yeah...
But when a cop pleads the 5th on evidence tampering... it creates reasonable doubt... - nofate2029, on 12/07/2008, -0/+5He played for USC, and was in the Naked Gun movies...thats about it
- skews13, on 12/07/2008, -1/+6oj simpson is a piece of *****. he is a murderer, and a bully. he deserves anything that happens to him. good for that judge that sentenced him. tobad it couldn't have been a harsher sentence. just one more thug loser, now getting to live with the rest of the thug losers.

- zadadka, on 12/07/2008, -2/+6"OJ".
verb.
synonym : To get one's comeuppance.
I was / he was / we were / you were ... OJ'd.
In gaming terms, sneaking up and bludgeoning the sniper that has popped you the last 6 of 8 rounds, is "delivering an OJ". - ru1dt, on 12/07/2008, -0/+4Goldman and Brown families, at least
- inactive, on 12/07/2008, -0/+4If the idiotic prosecutors screw the pooch by letting the actor do glove theater for a jury seemingly picked for low IQ, they're likely to acquit. What did prosecutors expect? That a killer would cooperate in their attempt to convict his guilty ass in a murder case? And why confuse the dimwitted jury with OJ's drama when they had OJ's fraggin' DNA??
Perfected for you. - inactive, on 12/07/2008, -0/+4here is a better picture

- inactive, on 12/07/2008, -1/+5Ha ha - he was found guilty in Civil Court of cutting the throat of Nicole Sipmpson and the Stabbing death of Ron Goldman. Its not that anyone WANTS to believe - the Court believes and 12 jurors believed. That is why he was fined $34 MILLION DOLLARS.
- staticneuron, on 12/07/2008, -1/+5Civil court can get convictions off of circumstantial evidence.
- inactive, on 12/07/2008, -1/+5What I love is that Fox "News" got away with hiring the cop with the proven record not only of racism, but of lying about his racism. And they're quick to attack others for racism merely on the very weak grounds of association, not anything as close as the employment relationship they have with their favorite dirty cop. Hypocrites.
- Lynxpro, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3I agree they've been milking it for years. That's why the Brown family can't stand them.
Ron Goldman was an ass. I had seen him on the show *Studs* a year before the murders and he left such a negative impression from that appearance that I instantly remembered him when his picture was plastered across the news once the murders happened. To this day, his criminal record files are still sealed which was not reported by the mass media, the Goldman family, or the LA District Attorney's Office.
They're all after O.J.'s money instead of true justice which would be locking up O.J.'s son who actually committed the murders. - 13373h4X0r, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3One thing is for sure: The O.J. trial created a lot of television, a lot of commerce, and a lot of discussion. Two people were murdered, which is horrible. But, if one regards the whole O.J. phenomenon without morally judging it, one might call it epic. Epic fail, but epic nonetheless...
I was fascinated by the trial, and I think it is safe to guess that I was not alone. Here was a murder trial, broadcast live on television in all of its long, tedious, high-stakes glory. People who watched got to see a really intense case get tried in court. While I believe the defense team worked on behalf of a guilty person, I admired their creative tactics, bringing in to question the validity of the DNA evidence, the police investigators, etc. The prosecution lawyers were also very good, and probably would have prevailed had the actions of the police not been corrupt.
Some might regard the trial as showing what is wrong with our justice system (e.g., a rich person can dodge even a murder charge). However, I think the judge and the lawyers acted properly. If there was a failure, it was with the prosecution witnesses and with the jury. In any case, the public got a rare look at the minutia of murder trial over a period of months; a real life soap opera involving the rich and the beautiful, combined with Perry Mason, and CSI. It really was the ultimate made-for-TV event, much like -- and I hesitate to say it, but you know it's true -- 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq. - CONspiracyCON, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3This article was the biggest waste of time what a stupid writer. This is what real journalism in America is nowadays FK ME
- DrLeePhD, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3I'd love to see fox news disappear. just one more reason. How can they even call themselves news? and this has been going on for well over a decade!
- shotgunefx, on 12/07/2008, -1/+4Racism? Please. OJ got better treatment than anyone, simply for being rich and famous. Any one of us regardless of race, would have been found guilty. And there certainly was more than enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
Pretty much, all of America thought that first week "poor Nordberg, someone murdered his wife", most people didn't think he did it. How is that racism? Would any of us have 5 days to turn ourselves in for a brutal double homicide? I think not. - hesse00, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3he can run crossing routes for vick.
- 13373h4X0r, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3That slow-speed chase in the white Bronco was depicted on a television screen in a bar in one of the original Duke Nukem levels. LOL!
- Vosem, on 12/07/2008, -1/+4Well in that case the Goldmans are *****. They've milked this for 13 years. Yes they lost their son, but how does $33.5 million dollars help with that? They are two very greedy scum of the earth.
And I do feel that OJ killed his wife and her lover. He's completely guilty and deserves prison. - Vosem, on 12/07/2008, -0/+3Well then, I'm sure they must have donated all $33.5 million to charity. Since they ONLY wanted it so OJ couldn't spend it. THINK!
Of course they wanted his money. - SteveIsTheDude, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2Don't forget you get to spend 13 years playing golf, and ***** women (he has had girlfriends) and eating in restaurants, before your 10 years in jail.
- shenaniJen, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2Why do I feel like I should have sold his rookie card when I had the chance...?
- PDAIsAOk, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2Sure he touched some children, but it's Michael Jackson!
- SteveIsTheDude, on 12/07/2008, -1/+3They don't want his money so they can spend it they want it so he *CANT* spend it. They hate him for killing a member of their family... THINK
- ru1dt, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2i see another "Longest Yard" remake in the works
- ru1dt, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2well i thought it was funny
- dman24752, on 12/07/2008, -0/+2Totally, killing a woman and her boyfriend and getting away with it only to be put away 10 years later for only 15 years on a different charge totally means you get your comeuppance. Totally.
- jdryyz, on 12/07/2008, -0/+27. Naked Gun
- Lynxpro, on 12/07/2008, -0/+1Depending on one's own set of ethics - whether to uphold the law or side with family - I'd say O.J. taking the fall for those murders instead of his son [you know, his violence-prone chef son with lots of knives who was also having an affair with Nicole Simpson] should count for something...
- JoeVet, on 12/07/2008, -0/+1Bush-apologist - as mindless as their mentor.
- berfle, on 12/07/2008, -3/+4If the defendant only tries to put on the glove but stops before he's successful, you must acquit.
Fixed for you. - maqikelefant, on 12/07/2008, -1/+2Nah...he's switching sports, man. He's a pitcher now.
