- Renuvian, on 01/25/2008, -1/+59We're so lazy that we're doing top 3 lists now?
- MrSkyGuy, on 01/25/2008, -2/+24Mirror please!
- SpittingUpWind, on 01/25/2008, -2/+24Not all traffic to the site diggs.... Stupid. 50 or 60 diggs could be 6000 views.
- thatsmyaibo, on 01/25/2008, -1/+15I'm guessing they couldn't find more than 3? Seriously...who makes a list of 3?!
- oldtactics, on 01/25/2008, -0/+9you fail.
- nathanhuebner, on 01/25/2008, -1/+8Real estate agents are at the top of the cheese chain.
- dave3, on 01/25/2008, -0/+7kinda looks like those late night attorney adds saying they'll defend your DUI and sue Kraft foods for making you a fat lazy bastard all for the same low cost.
- lewscroo, on 01/25/2008, -0/+5No, it doesn't.
- fxbx, on 01/25/2008, -0/+5That's bone. And the lettering is something called Sicilian Rail.
- partrow, on 01/25/2008, -2/+6Realtor is a trademarked name, and may only be used by a real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Nowhere on these clowns' cards does it mention that they are a Realtor or qualify for that name.
Good post otherwise, tho! - speedyrev, on 01/25/2008, -0/+4http://duggmirror.com/business_finance/Top_3_Chees ...
- pizzas, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3move on, no lulz here
- allatti2d, on 01/25/2008, -1/+4In California (and I suspect almost everywhere else), you don't have to be a Realtor or belong to the NAR (Nat'l Association of Realtors) to sell houses. Pretty much anyone can sell houses or be an agent for someone else in the transaction. Realtors are generally more trustworthy because they're required to learn the laws and attend classes and all that, and must be requalified every year.
- redhotkurt, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2spam...
- hollywoodphony, on 01/25/2008, -0/+3Who cares? You should be glad we're not calling you house sell monkey butlers.
- frenchi, on 01/25/2008, -1/+3You seem to forget used car salesmen
- BrettFromTibet, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2this guy has a 100% popular ratio.. he must be pretty awesome on Digg
- BonnieW, on 12/27/2008, -0/+2Dear Santa, Reno’s Rose Newman, Keith Gledhill & Valerie Mapes of Prudential Nevada Realty Have Been Very Bad Girls & Boys This Year.
Reno, Nevada Rose Newman, Keith Gledhill & Valerie Mapes of Prudential Nevada Realty Have Been Very Bad Girls & Boys This Year. Unethical, arrogant, illegal, doesn’t care attitude, uppity, sloppily dressed, greedy, corrupt, and just plain mean-spirited. Same for the agents working there.
Obama Has The Integity while You Betcha It’s Christmas, Sarah Palin has zero integrity along with the Republicans and other right wing nut jobs. Ah Reno, Nevada Rose Newman, Keith Gledhill & Valerie Mapes of Prudential Nevada Realty Have Been Very Bad Girls & Boys, George “Wanker Bush, Richard “Dick” Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld, they and integrity DO go together like Hot Mature Cheerleaders, http://www.babelation.com/?q=node/1321, Sarah Palin and a moose/caribou/reindeer petting zoo.
The Nevada Real Estate Division has also been very bad girls and boys.
Here are several Realtor stories of Realtors being very bad boys and girls and why we don’t need nor want them:

Mrs. Claws - alceria, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2I work for a board of Realtors. If we had even a handful of members this funny, my days would be a lot more fun.
- toddhenkel, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2No one is commenting that he took down the prior posting that was funnier? Come on Digg community! He caved to some of the oddest realtors around because some threatened to sue. Sue for what? Making fun of them? That's the right of everyone. Or have we lost that basic right? If that's the case, Digg will cease to exist losing 50% of it's content...
- adiscgolfer, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2For CA from your example, have a look here:
http://www.dre.cahwnet.gov/index.html - andr3y, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2What is this? Advertisement for Frankly realtor?
- BrettFromTibet, on 01/25/2008, -1/+3lame attempt at creating content to appeal to the Digg community. burried.
- vdog, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2There's one in you bathroom, and yeah, you've got- stuff on your chin.
- wankelrotary, on 01/25/2008, -0/+2Yeah, but it's like Kleenex vs. tissue. All Realtors are real estate agents (for better or worse) but not all real estate agents are Realtors.
- Tarkaan, on 01/25/2008, -1/+2It's annoying as hell when people just paste that and don't post the full link. FYI - duggmirror didn't seem to catch it. Jackass.
- eddiecruz, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1Now serving you a GOATSEE
- inactive, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1List a home with me and get my soul for free!

- JGFox, on 01/25/2008, -2/+3lol @ burning for your business. How did he manage to just get the burn on the top half of his back?
- inactive, on 01/25/2008, -0/+1they really should have taken those phone numbers and e-mail addresses down. dudes gonna get flooded
- quoquo, on 01/25/2008, -0/+1compared to these classic 'the best evar' posts, a top three is quite an improvement!
- quoquo, on 01/25/2008, -0/+1let's all call, write and add this guy to ask wtf is wrong with him
- HorseyLuvr, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1Loser has his first other digg submissions redirected to his HP of his Real Estate website. Buried for blatant self promotion. Is this the new digg? if so it sucks!
- markivey, on 01/25/2008, -0/+1Brilliant idea--but I can't get to it. Server down?
- HorseyLuvr, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1Yeah can you say Spam?
- Pyrogen, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1You will quickly find that such defences never work. Welcome to Digg.

http://digg.com/business_finance/Why_Don_t_Realtor ... - djalbino, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1I think the headline should be Top 3 Best Realtor Business Cards
- markivey, on 01/25/2008, -0/+1Got in, and yes, very funny. I've been laughing at headshots on realtor biz cards for years--credit this guy for doing something with it (but i wish there were more).
- mariebramlett, on 01/26/2008, -0/+0I agree that it's cool he has a good sense of humor. Leave the guy alone! Nothing wrong with a spoof on dumb stuff and nothing wrong with being able to laugh at yourself! That's what life is about. Do your best, and let the rest slide------
- ericbramlett, on 01/26/2008, -2/+2I have a blog coming about what happened, and why I had to take it down. It will be entertaining.
